Pop-up Improvisation on a Matthew Reinhart Raiser Mechanism

This morning, I didn’t feel like continuing assembling the 8th copy of Rimbaud’s Une Saison en Enfer pop-up book for a dear friend today (if you don’t know what I’m talking about, head to my Channel and go back a few posts video) - a seasonal flu not helping the process - so since I had in my head D. Hawcock’s The Walking Dead variation on what I call the « REINHART RAISER » (you know, from ‪@MatthewReinhart‬'s 2013 groundbreaking Transformers book, that you’ve been seeing in almost all top US pop-up books these past few years) since yesterday, I decided to let mind and hands go on auto-pilot and build on that. Of course, I ended having not enough space on it to cram all I wanted to, and it ended in something absolutely preposterous, as expected (too much happening in all places at once, but that was fun), that I present to you nonetheless in this video. It was a pain, btw, to shoot that movie, I hope you can make something out of it. Tell me which bit of it you like! Oh, and I threw a #Batman in there too, haha! Can you see it? Cough, cough. Cheers!
