Thanks for the video. Would you consider doing a camera mounted onto the windscreen, like how The Smoking Tire shoots its one takes? I enjoy the POV, but about 1/3 of the video screen is just black headliner which isn't ideal. The POV cam could be done picture in picture in a corner? Or maybe the go-pro mounted lower on your head somehow?
Thank you for the feedback Noah! We've been experimenting in the past and found out that the current way works the best for us. It isn't optimal, and it something we need to experiment with more. We have some shots where we have mounted the camera to the windscreen. For example in our Ford Focus video. But we want the main part of the video to be POV. So the viewer can experience how it is to drive the car. But yes, it would be better if the camera was mounted lower on my head, but it's not possible without risking our safety. We'll have to work on that. We appreciate the feedback and thank you for your comment!
Thank you for your comment! It's an incredible car in so many ways. It's nimble and light-weight and therefore takes corners like a pro. Thanks to its smaller size, the engine is quite small as well but still powerful enough. This also means that when you're not driving like a maniac, the car is quite economical. The only down-side to it is it's price. It's in the same price-range as the Porsche Cayman S, and I'm not quite sure if the Alpine is as good as the Cayman. For example, the interior in the Alpine feels way too cheap for it's price. But overall, a great sports-cars that stands out from the crowd!
Hey! I really recommend this car. It's a wonderful sports-car with a personality that you don't really find in other cars. It's quirky and it's fast. The infotainmentsystem feels a bit cheap for the price that you pay, but that's the only thing that really bothered me with the car. However, I would advise you to test-drive both this and the Cayman S. Their in the same price-range but the Porsche is a little bit more luxurious. The Alpine on the other hand has more personality and stands out more.
@@mildlyinterestingnews You won't crash such a great sports by driving a little faster than any average granny. In my experience it's capable to handle everything not truly reckless pretty safely.
