thank you! I made 10 fully assembled macarons, it will vary for you based on the size you pipe it though. If you keep it in an airtight container in the fridge it should be good for up to 5 days.

My macarons only take 10 mins to cook. It makes sense for the time to vary depending on many factors such as how big and how thick your macarons are, what type of oven you have and how thick your baking tray is. If yours were undercooked then of course feel free to increase the time, but 10 mins has never failed me.
Hey Celine! I bought mine from Costco, depending on where you live that may or may not be an option for you but I bet you'll find some in most supermarkets or even from online.

Honestly any size is fine. I'd recommend a slightly larger one for smoother piping but a smaller one if you wish to have more control.
how long does it take to dry because I tried using just food colouring and it never dried
if you used alcohol to dilute gel food colouring it should dry quite quickly, maybe a few minutes tops
