The violin and guitar harmonies are simply beautiful. The bass and the guitars sound great, the new guitar solo at the end is very cool. Outstanding track.
I was already in love with the original version of Norse Wind, but then comes Jindo-san with this rearrangement of a banger. Never stop being amazing, sir.
The first 14 seconds were incredible! The strings in the intro following that were highly reminiscent of Xenoblade Chronicles to me, which was a nice surprise. Love the harpischord, too. 2:10 was probably my favorite part.
I already thought the original was pretty solid. Then this arrangement came in and fixed the few problems I had with the original in exchange of a little bit of energy. I dig it.
Nice! Lacrimosa is an absolute masterpiece. Celceta was a fantastic adventure and Monstrum has the best gameplay so far. Falcom never disappoints. They love what they do and they love their fans. ☺️
@@miguelgonzalez6495 I love Y's I even have the Book 1 on my Sega Master system. I platinum lacrimosa couldn't put it down until I find out about the whole story and what happens (no spoilers) worth it. I'm playing trials of mana right now and loving it. Can't wait till I view everyone's ending and platinum that game too. Then it's back to the land of Y's and to Celceta. Y's 4 on the PC DC engine is my top favorite from the old days. Can't wait!!! :D
I wish they would have taken another stab at the crashing rhythm piano from the original instead of axing it altogether, it seems like it had a lot of potential were it not buried so far in the mix. My only complaint though
Yeah I get that. This version is a little more relaxed, while the original was made to make you go on a "woohoo adventure" mode, while this is for listening only
It's not as energetic as the original, unfortunately. The violin for the main melody is great, but I'm not a fan of the electric guitar replacing the saxophone section of the original at 1:10. It just doesn't feel as powerful. I was also hoping that Jindo would get a nice tasteful guitar solo to replace the shreddy/wanky one that was in the original, but alas the guitar solo here at the end of the song is just as shreddy/wanky.
Nagano's violin truly makes it sound far more elegant and graceful. The composition by Singa is still pretty garbage... So it's amazing to see how much Jindo was able to salvage it. I actually like it now!
"CRIMSON BLADE! CRIMSON BLADE! VERMILLION SCYTHE!!"
I love to abuse those skills too 🤣🤣
Skill based Adol gameplay

jindo does it again. the opening was amazing. that guitar solo too
Wasn't expecting ys9 to get more awesome remixes this late
Damn the solo at 3:25 is incredible.

The first of Field inst.
Very nice arrangement.
I really love it! :D
Smooth as butter, clean sound, a true reimagining that actually does Ys field themes justice.
We really need a mod to put this in the game. Or Falcom should make a small paid DLC ($5-10) that updates the music in the game.
The King did it again.
I only managed to catch up on your album releases last week and now this releases!
Can't really blame ya though
2:00 to 2:35 is insane.
perfect...

Great track !
Can't wait play this game. Going to hunted downt during black Friday. Got Lagrimosa for $8.99 and celceta collector edition for $14.99. :D

Was really excited about release. Thanks for upload!
I love you Teramae your guitar made me crazy
vocês são incríveis!
An another killer track! The same, the original by Singa was already great and Jindo make a great job.
True, Norse Wind was really a nice track, and this arrange was awesomely done
So nice track
Fantastic
Dang this version sounds great! I'm glad to hear that classic violin again! I love the original too though ofc
도시를 벗어나면 흐르는 BGM 너무 좋다...
JINDO, I KNEEL
Im speechless holy shit
Nothing like bogging the sub tab with bangers.
This version seem softer than original but I like the way it is, it's gives me Relax + Little hype + Traveling vibe.
東京メトロポリタンテレビジョンTOKYO MX様などがきっと懐かしのお宝音楽を流してくれますよ。だから忘れてはダメだこりゃ。
It seems softer because it was mixed and mastered properly lmao
@@wolfnews1788Errrrr...why lmao? what's your point?
@@wolfnews1788 lacks quite a bit of the punch the original track had, but it still has Teremae's ridiculous guitar playing so who cares

nice
First.I heard this song
Arianrhod's theme 【Unfathomed Force】
Grand Cross!!!
I'm first 😁
Better than original. Jindo rocks!
Jindo re-writing the entire solo to make it sound good is such a huge flex lmfao get dunked
That and Teramae makes every guitar solo sound awesome lol!
@@Yorgivgm9618 terukazu inoue is good, too, but he can only work with what he's given 😅
@@YourVinished True, and the original guitar solo for this song was awful.
singa hater genocide when
Wtf Norse Wind good
Why i heard Unfathomed Force or is it just me?
3:22 - 3:55 is a musical orgasm for me
Ys IX if it was Ys Seven
Singa is a genius! His music is all throughout this game. One of the best Ys soundtracks in the the series.
hes a genius cuz he makes bad songs for a living and keeps getting commissioned
I've always maintained "Singa is a great composer and shitty producer" and this arrangement confirms my suspicions.
agreed
I wish they would have taken another stab at the crashing rhythm piano from the original instead of axing it altogether, it seems like it had a lot of potential were it not buried so far in the mix. My only complaint though
Except Jindo pretty much transformed the entire song with only a vauge skeleton of the original in there
@@NEdgyman Pretty much the whole melody is "only a vague skeleton" now?
@@PositronCannon If you want to put it that way then yes
Gaur Plain vibes from this one LOL
8/10 why is this so much slower than the original? i prefer to listen to it at 1.25 speed
remixing your own song?

Singa is the original composer of this track

appreciate it

Not sure about this, the original is more energetic imho.
This arrangement is great but I prefer the original song better due to it's more fast paced nature
It sounds more laid back and not quite as consistently upbeat as the original. It's not bad, but it's missing that consistency.
The original is more exciting, that version is missing something

The original was good wtf are you on about? You can never appreciate when Singa does make a solid track, you just love to blindly hate on him
@@JRPGforlife true norse wind was one of the highlights of the ys ix ost and this guy hated it,he is a genuine clown
Man I'm so glad this guy is nowhere to be found on current posts lol
The original is better
