Do you think I improved?! What tricks do you think I improved on the most? Feel free to post questions and I'll answer them in my video discussing this one!
5-6 balls (was it reverse cascade?)... you're crushing it now! It's interesting to see your shoulders a little raised on some of the tricks when you were 12, whereas your overall juggling posture is so much calmer and stabler now. You're awesome, and I've learned 25 basic tricks during the quarantine from your instructional vids! high five!
Much cleaner on the foundation tricks. Throwing in the random tricks that you clearly decided to drop off practicing right after the video was made was also hilarious. ^.^ Backcross improvement was my favorite one to see. 👍
Taylor! Thank you so much for sharing. You look way more smooth and relaxed. Does that come with time, or is that a technique you actively work on? I’ve seen lots of amateurs bring in their elbows so they look like they have these short and constrained arms. It looks meek. But one thing that I’ve liked about your style is the fluidity and placement of your arms and releases. In other words, no choppy T. Rex arms. Is that something that comes naturally?
Absolutely! You were totally fab back then, but you can see now that your technique flowed to perfection, crisper sequence...absolutely total pro... I'm so pleased I've found your channel x
Massively inspiring, especially for a novice juggler like myself. Definitely can see you more relaxed with more finesse now and nailing the more complex routines. Thank you for sharing. 🙏🙂
I started juggling in March by watching your tutorials. Juggling was something that I always wanted to try, but never sought out any instruction until stay at home and I found your UA-cam channel. Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and inspiring so many people to grow and try new things!
Comment 1: You definitely improved but most of all I perceive you as more relaxed and confident. Not really thinking so much the tricks. Comment 2: There was snow on the ground. In April? lol
It would be so funny if you said in the beginning: "...born and raised And that's my mother's house where I spent most of my days Chillin' out, maxin', relaxin' all cool And all shootin' some B-ball outside of the school" 😂😂😂
So I have been juggling off and on for the last 20 years.. and I can't seem to focus on one prop, I have learned Devil Sticks, Diabolo, Clubs, Balls, Knives, Torches, Poi, Cigar Boxes, juggling flair, stilts, and unicycle.. in hindsight, I could/should have focused on a few. And I am so glad you included the message the end. I struggle mentally watching you and others because I am still know only a lot of "beginner" tricks but I have learned claymotion recently and getting close to windmill because of you now. Thank you! Your channel is so underrated by UA-cam.
I come back to this often, and I find it insane how good you were at such a young age, but also how, despite the occasional real life stuff that takes up our time, you've improved in all those skills and tricks. It's super inspiring. Practice. Be great.
What a great comparison video Taylor. When you were younger you had such incredible raw talent which you've refined over the years. Younger you could do all the tricks but it looked like you had to work very hard. Now your execution of the tricks are flawless and effortless. Amazing!
I wish i could upvote this more. Your message of how it takes each of us differnent time scales to get better at the things we love is so very important. Love the things you love and don't let social media influence your appreciateion for things that you love.
Your control 12 years later is super good. I've been pretty casual in my practice, videos like this make me want to go outside now and do some practice. Thanks for the video :)
HOLY WOOOOW! Omg you are outstanding lady!!! These tricks are absolutely amazing! I'm so fascinated by how many different sequences there is in the world of juggling! I'm absolutely hooked!
I enjoyed the flashback video. The only difference I see in your juggling from then and now is your juggling seems more polished. Now when you perform the same tricks they appear effortless. The tricks are a part of you. That’s what I hope to achieve from the juggling tricks I learn from your videos. Thank you.
Great idea, loved to watch it! 😊 Amazing to see the two videos side-by-side then and now (even the background). It‘s really worth to film ourselves to see our progress...
That was really awesome to watch! One thing I noticed was that 2008 Taylor held her shoulders much higher than 2020 Taylor. Not sure if that's because of trick difficulty or being more tense. Regardless, it's amazing to watch the change and improvements. I've always been reticent of recording myself, but you're right, it's worth it for posterity.
You are so awesome, I’ve learned a lot from you. You have improved greatly. The new you look so calm and juggling mature, lol! I really love your videos. Will continue to support. Thank you for everything. You are definitely my favorite.
Wow that's amazing progress! Very inspiring! I do 5 balls almost everyday and it's satisfying to see myself get a little better over time. What I've found is that I usually juggle better and with more control when I start the cascade from my right hand (I'm right-handed). I'm not sure why. Btw, how do you count your catches? I count every other catch from the opposite hand that started the pattern and then double it.
My friend and I recently started a juggling instagram together; we are both self taught beginners so it can be intimidating to post sometimes, but we do it anyway just because its fun! Thank you so much for inspiring me to learn and continue to juggle, because it has been a blast making videos!
Don't know if you improved. But then or now, you are a really good juggler. And juggling is one of the hardest arts. I'm so glad you've found a way to connect with so many peeps. You seem to enjoy it and that's what matters!
Ever notice how the more comfortable you become with the different tricks the slower and smoother you are able to do the tricks? And your 5 balls mills mess is totally insane!
Very cool! Quite few people would tell me that my juggling looks a lot better then last time when I was like 16 in 2012 for having standing ovations in high school homecoming assembly
Your 5 ball mills mess is way cleaner. It looks around the time you put out "I wanna be a juggler". You've improved so much Taylor. Keep it up🤹♂️. I should make more videos
I think that is absolutely incredible to see you recreate your first juggling trick from 12 years ago! That’s so cool. Stay safe and healthy in Utah! 👏
This makes me happy in a time of big hurting. Taylor has the attitude of a winner and the moves to back it up! Thanks for sharing your progress and showing what talent becomes with lots and lots and lots and lots of practice time and dedication. PS: Curious though, is the garage door perpetually cracked open because a cat lives in there or is it just broken for 12+ years even though it got repainted?@!! Important question, I know :)
Aw thanks! To answer your question: the garage is super old. It’s made of old wood and has rusty hinges for opening and closing, so it doesn’t close all the way (and never has since I was a kid). My mom paints it every so often to try to make it look less old, but it’s definitely just old :P
Wow -- soooooo much smoother! In fact, when you look at today'sTaylor, you get the impression that it's a fairly easy trick. Until you see the younger Taylor try it (or you try it yourself!).
Past Taylor seems so tense. She's squinting, hyper-focused at everything, very intense. Present Taylor is much more casual. Yeah, I did that trick. Yeah, I made it look easy. So what? I don't care if there's snow on the ground in April.
Very Very Relaxed now in comparison. you can tell Past self was concentrating and thinking constantly, where as present self was more relying on muscle memory.
*that was fun to watch...i'm nowhere near or even close to your skills at the very beginning at least for now...however i'm still slogging along at the practice and at some point the skill set will click and the muscle memory and dexterity will find that peculiar synaptic pathway and i'll feel compelled to throw all manner of things and objects up in the air just to see what happens to them*
Do you think I improved?! What tricks do you think I improved on the most?

I remember watching your claymotion juggling!!! When you uploaded it then!
Absolutely! You were totally fab back then, but you can see now that your technique flowed to perfection, crisper sequence...absolutely total pro... I'm so pleased I've found your channel x
This really inspired me to learn more tricks and try to be in the best I can be
:) keep at it!

The clubs look sooooo beautiful and flow so nicely!
It's great to see that you didn't forget anything and even improve. That's really satisfying to watch

Everything looks so much smoother than 12 years ago! Great Video🤹♂️🤹♂️
I see so much improvement! As an early intermediate juggler, I can't wait until my journey's reached this point.
I wish i could upvote this more. Your message of how it takes each of us differnent time scales to get better at the things we love is so very important. Love the things you love and don't let social media influence your appreciateion for things that you love.

That was exceptional and incredible. The skill level and naturalness definitely improved
Wow! This was really cool to see the progress!
Don't know what does your videos have, but I find'em pretty fun and uplifting. Keep on working and thank you!

Hard work does pay off. You deserve all you got. Good job
You made recreating that look ridiculously easy (both the juggling and the fantastic video editing/timing)!

Good catch! Yes that’s a common issue with beginners and intermediate jugglers!
This video is so awesome! Seriously loved it! It was so fun to see your focus, personality and style evolve. 👏🏻
You are so awesome, I’ve learned a lot from you. You have improved greatly. The new you look so calm and juggling mature, lol! I really love your videos. Will continue to support. Thank you for everything. You are definitely my favorite.

Your 5 ball mills mess is way cleaner. It looks around the time you put out "I wanna be a juggler". You've improved so much Taylor. Keep it up🤹♂️. I should make more videos
Bid difference Taylor. Your juggling is so much more assured now, smooth and better to watch.

"Snow. On the ground. In April!"
🤣🤣
Super video !👍👍
the basketball hoop jumped the fence! Really cool video, super satisfying to watch :D
Hehehe and the garage got a new paint job! 🤣
Wow, amazing! The old one was already very cool. The new one is amazing
Thanks!

What is the third trick in the video, at about 1:30? It’s such a beautiful pattern, and I think you also do it in your video Catch Me.
What trick is at 1:30???
Looks like front flat Mills Mess with a variation. One beat weave? Or mikes mess? Looking forward to trying
Wow -- soooooo much smoother! In fact, when you look at today'sTaylor, you get the impression that it's a fairly easy trick. Until you see the younger Taylor try it (or you try it yourself!).
This video made my day ❤️
And that fact made my day ☺️
Great video
Nice! :) What's the name of the trick at 1:30? I have to learn it
GOOD JOB ! :)
it seems like your clubs have a better, crisper rotation
You are...AMAZING
Past Taylor seems so tense. She's squinting, hyper-focused at everything, very intense. Present Taylor is much more casual. Yeah, I did that trick. Yeah, I made it look easy. So what? I don't care if there's snow on the ground in April.
More spaciousness, less trying. :) And 100% inspiring!
You have truly inspired me to start juggling. At first I thought it was a stupid clown act, but now I love to juggle :)
Wow! You were so cool already then! When did you start?
U are the best Example to prove that Practise makes Anyone can Perfect...
Lots of Respect to you mam..
Love and Respect from India🇮🇳
❤️ inspiring! 🌹
Very cool idea for a video. I wish I was as good as you were 12 years ago!
Hi Taylor , I was just wondering how often do you practice and for how long? Thanks for the very inspiring videos !
It varies depending on what I have going on in my life! I prefer to practice 2 hours a day for 3-4 times a week, but that isn’t always realistic 😊
@@TaylorTries Wow! No wonder you are as good as you are 😀❤
You're amazing, inspired me , thanks lot🤹♂️💥❤
Very Very Relaxed now in comparison. you can tell Past self was concentrating and thinking constantly, where as present self was more relying on muscle memory.
Your Juggling looks a lot smoother now.
Hi Taylor, how goes all?
Wow u did many tricks much earlier.
I'm learning to juggle 5 balls. I got inspired by this
*that was fun to watch...i'm nowhere near or even close to your skills at the very beginning at least for now...however i'm still slogging along at the practice and at some point the skill set will click and the muscle memory and dexterity will find that peculiar synaptic pathway and i'll feel compelled to throw all manner of things and objects up in the air just to see what happens to them*
Can we use tennis balls for juggling
And what is the ideal weight of the balls we use for beginners
You are best juggler to me thankyou
Very very COOOL video :)
Buffalo Weather says "Hold my beer" :-) Excellent video!! Thank You
You were amazing then as well as now :D
Do you have tips for 7 ball juggling
Awesome 👍 love it
That was awesome to watch. You were good back then but you are GREAT now.
Aw thanks!
How long have you been juggling for
Have you posted the video of behind the scenes! Yet?
It's been a whole month and I can't find it on the channel!
Ty, and they feature friday ?
