This incredible piece, sung by angels of the Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square, has given me so much comfort and I’ve turned to it in my need. When I sent my precious son to the Philippines MTC earlier this month, with no cell phone, and no idea if he would meet up with other missionaries along the way, I turned to this recording to feel assurance.
I woke up the next day with this beautiful song in my heart and shortly after that a senior missionary sent me a text with a photo of my son, along with other tired missionaries, safely in Manila. Thank you for all that you do to bring your music to us! It truly blesses lives! 🇵🇭❤️🙏

The whole oratorio, Elijah by Mendelssohn, is brilliant - but this is among the best parts. It’s in the current LDS hymnal, I believe #110.
