In the 60s and early 70 lived out on Tuner river road at the end going north were there is a cement bridge ,there was a wooden bridge they tor down to build the cement bridge on the right cross it and away in was our house ,the government made us move and add it to the reserve left in 1974, bringing back so many memory, don't have electricity, watched tv for about a hour each night on 12 v black and white tv run of our car battery, had swamp buggies and hunting dogs, went to school in Immokalee, cought the school bus at 5:00 am 13 miles to i75 and 50 miles one way to school.
I have a 2wd tacoma sr5, lifted 3 inches, 33's off road tires.. I havent been in these trails yet but was hoping to try them out.. do u think i'd be good? obv avoiding any deep muddy waters. It'd be my first time. and sick video, love the 360 panoramic view.
Im moving to SW Florida in March.. Are there any trails in Florida that are challenging at all? Everything Ive seen so far looks like i could tackle in a sedan..
NONE. Some Tree Hugging group filed a law suit against the state to keep us off trails. We are restricted to a tiny fraction of trails while the court case keeps dragging on because of environmental impact studies taking years and years to complete.
Yes, after you pass UNDER 75 there are the camp sites like Bear Island camp. the entrance is past the camping area and its locked. you have to have a license to gain entrance to this area. and this video is about 20% of what is out there, the farther North you go into Big Cypress the harder the trails become, but its still flat Florida.
@@angrymonkeyoverlanding7120 yea, i took my jeep there a few times in 2020 but i just didnt remember a lot of what was on the video. i have a 4runner now, getting the orv tag this coming weekend. ill have to check it out again. camping there was awesome!
@@angrymonkeyoverlanding7120 I'm in the mid-atlantic and I guess the mountains have spoiled me? I travel all up and down the east coast with my kayak. I'm trying to finds some dispersed camping in Florida where you can also launch a kayak on the beach or a lake. I'll share some cool spots with you if you can help me lol
I like the fact we can control what angle is viewed. Good stuff man.

as long as you do not go after a heavy rain I see no problem with your set up.

What kind of camera? Name brand...badass video...
Its an older GoPro Fusion, its actually discontinued at this point and there current 360 degree camera is much better.
Where is this location? Ive been there when i was little and want to revisit it.
Search for Bear Island Big Cypress florida. it will take you to the camp site near the trail head.
Florida looks so flat and boring
I can not disagree with the flat comment.
