I have binged watched Bruce's videos for the last 2 hours. As a new shop owner, his video's are amazingly rich with serious content. I've been searching for this kind of content for awhile now. I've struck gold with Bruce's content and am learning so much. He's asks great questions and has a way of making the guest feel free to share information. Great, great, great!

another value add which is cheap is thank you cards in the packaging. or even your own boxes that you can print in the shop. all of those things can add up to perceived value.

my question would be, how much should you charge of the total order in money upfront? From everything I can see it would be 50% of the total order cost before you actually start the process of making screens and printing.

The company he mentions that makes $5million with 6 employees... what are they printing? Money?
Medical and technical niche, we think. Screen printing on electronics, for instance.
