Jo urls, Google search results me show ho rha use aapko Google search console ke help se remove bhi kerna pdega. Tabhi spammy pages Google search results se remove hoga...iske alwa apna database bhi check ker lijiye... unknown pages aur user ko immediately delete ker dijiye...
Uske bad apne database ka username and password dono change ker dijiye....

@@harisidrees3857 aapko apni website ko completely scan kerna pdega...kyuki hacker ne aapke internal pages me spammy script add ker diya hai ...jiski wajah se multiple pages auto generate ho rha hai...aap robots.txt file ke help se .html extension wale sare pages disallow ker dijiye...aur apna xml sitemap bhi check kijiye...Agar usme aapko unknown pages show ho rha hai to...usko bhi delete ker dijiye. Apna .htacess file bhi check kijiye ..

Agar aapke pass aapke website & database ka old backup ho to aap usse live site per update ker dijiye... Backup upload kerne se phle Hosting account, database ka name, Database ka password jarur se update ker dijyega... current me jo bhi file live site per upload hai... usse delete kerne ke bad hi OLD Backup files upload kijiyega... aap apne Google webmaster account ke help se spammy pages ko remove ker dijiye... Immediately ....
