For today's Pure Sound, we take a close look at the active exhaust system found on the Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat!
The point of Pure Sound is to create an immersive experience with a variety of unique and high-performance exhaust systems. I'll explain how the exhaust is designed and how it plays a part in the car's overall character. Why do people love that whine? I'd rather listen to the engine itself, gurgling and gobbling. From the front you can hear supercharger only, from the back only exhaust.

I wasnt that satisfied witg the older models but now I just realized how amazing the dodge charger is it is the fastest limousine car of the world and it looks amazing I believe if I had the money to choose between that or german car I would those this 1 for real

My 392 Chrysler SRT typically only did 155 in the same space.
Hellcat does it twice as fast.

Good going for Chrysler. I mean, I'm not the biggest fan of their product, but the fact is they're about the only ones keeping the muscle car alive in its true form - brute force and rock-n-roll above all else. Mustang and Camaro are fine sports cars, but that's what they have always been since the 60's: agile little sports cars. Until the Chevelle SS or Cougar make an appearance, Dodge *is* America's muscle car.
Your crazy man. You forgot about the GT500, ZL1? Last time I checked they had all the muscle in the world to be defined as muscle car. A matter a fact Ford has been the true champion in keeping the muscle car era a live thru S/C its production engines since SVT lightning days back in 90's. It's only until recently that Chevy and Dodge got on board with that business model to keep their muscle car lines a live. Lastly this isn't the 60's so cars are required to handle turns.
Nate T The new 2015 and up mustang and 2016 and up Camaro are no longer muscle cars. Just sports cars at this point.

Nate T My perspective on it is muscle cars tend to have a lot of power, but aren't meant to be beasts at turning. Muscle cars are just meant for the classic drag race in a straight line. Don't get me wrong I like the new Mustang and Camaro but I won't consider them as muscle cars.
Trevour Spangler Then by the definition the Corvette ZR1 C6 generation is a muscle car, but yet has the handling capabilities that is not included with that definition. I believe the new muscle cars of our day can do it all.

I have a 2016 plum crazy dodge charger hellcat. Wonderful car. Handles well with excellent power. I think the interior is just fine. Climate control and the heated seats are wonderful on a cold morning. Heated steering wheel is also very nice. Super stable at high speed like going down the interstate to Nashville cars and coffee. Simply outstanding and the passengers were certainly comfortable & impressed.

This car is so fucking amazing. I actually almost got one of these. The dealership gave me a nice deal on it too. The way this car sounds and feels when you drive it is incredible, definitely going back to grab one of these next summer.
