I don't even collect this stuff and I don't watch anime, but I like how Cailee presents the material. It's entertaining to see the current toy market in Japan. She is always hunting for modern newer releases. It would be interesting to see some vintage toy stores and maybe some vintage figures that might interest you.
It is always fun to watch Cailee and the team's adventures to different shops and conducting the review! Love that commentary about Vegeta spicy dance stance. The piece behind Luffy pants is to help with his articulation because the legs in the previous version didn't move as far. I grew up with Dragon Ball so I am biased towards it. For someone who has not consume any One Piece content, I am enjoying some of the figures because of their designs. I will one day go down that rabbit hole thar is One Piece.
Think the short ruffles is do to his dynamic poses he does. If wasn't there the leg articulation would have a little blockage with out that. Actually a nice feature. Expect if ever see Nami and Robin (or Vivi) from the pre time skip could see that for them easy. Specially if Vivi comes with, oh forget his name but was a bird steed/friend. I can say since there's an accessory set that has his gum gum attacks in it could be why has that feeling so they are easier to use. Just hope nothing is as small as say Kamen Rider Fourze's switches or the Ranger keys with the Gokaigers (or the dino battery with the Kyoryuger) this tiny things I usually leave in tray so the carpet monster doesn't get a snack.
Ahh good to know about the ruffles! Sadly, I haven't seen any SH Figuarts for Nami, Robin, and Vivi but I hope to soon. When they come out we'll do some unboxing for them. And his name was Pell!
Hi Cailee. Great video, as always. Although my favorite manga is Dragon Ball, between these two figures I prefer Luffy. My favorite DBZ character is the original future Trunks, who is totally opposite in personality to Vegeta. Greetings.
