Once it is in, what fills the cavity between the internal floor and the external block work?
How is fleetwood doors ... is there any comparable to them which are built well and storm rated
what type of screws are you using there
How was the floor finished inside? Wasn't shown?
Thermal bridging? I thought you were supposed to install with some spanning of the insulated cavity?
For the inside floor, how do you float the internal floor up to the doors? in other words, how is the cavity in the floor closed?
Exactly the question I'm here floor - how did you do it? :D
No head Fixings, no mention of toe+heeling, good video but as a "how to" surely this should be done/mentioned
I have never encountered any rubber gaskets that went in as easily as these did even with using glass cleaner etc as a lubricant.
Very nice. How much is something like that? That would be perfect going into my sunroom.
Did show how to finish The exterior part of the frame
Do you have to use a cavity closer?
You’re supposed to
I want to work with you. Master
Am from Ghana can I get personal contact of one of your workers. I am into aluminium works but how you guys do it is superb
Did you screw the bottom sill to the brickwork or cement it in place or is there no need for that?
Late comment but the get screwed glued and screwed
I wanted to know that also as mine have been installed with no packing underneath between the sil and brickwork, As a result, there is a bit of movement when standing on it.
👍
What size door is that?
Yes
Whare your aluminum shop...
What is your country name
One sound of the drill machine and I am grilled.it's really suffocating in this small room and the adjacent from can serve as a kitchenette and play area for the little one.
I have a serious problem my lock handle on bi folding door has broken and I can't lock .HELP
I doesn't seam flush at the top
I hope the bottom of the frame where you put wedges to level the frame was finished because we can see the wood sticking out at 6:18. Besides that small damp strip should overlap the existent one so water doesn't slide between the two.
You have to pre frame of aluminium
There is a crack on that brick where you put the first screws??
Can't see one? There are some marks & grooves but no cracks that we can see.
@@HomebuildingMagazine aluminium?
I seen brick move and mortar crack too on top screw fixing right hand side also no cavity closers & nothing to support fill gap under cill. and a positive side they looked nice and I like to internal blinds (no dusting) also triple glazed.
No cavity closers???
