This was easily fixed for me as apparently my GPU was screaming for more power, so I increased the power limitation in Radeon Settings and done.
But I was ever so lucky, technically this can be caused by anything related the electricity, and guess what... The entire PC is dependent on electricity haha. It could be dust, corrosion, failing chip or resistor, broken trace as sometimes you're in there with a screwdriver. One guy found out that his refrigerator connected to the same powerline was causing a dip in the current as the compressor kicked in, you know just the same as a light bulb can dip in brightness when you start the vacuum cleaner, and this was his case. He moved a couple cables to another outlet and problem solved.
Just saying, to resolve this error you need either luck, or spend and eternity with diagnostics.

This happens to me whenever I launch games from steam. It just recently started to happen to my laptop for some reason. Even though I used to be able to run these games with ease (stable 60 fps, 30% CPU, 40% gpu and 25% ram). Whenever I launch a game it opens normally. However when I enter a match and the map/ characters start loading, after 1-3 seconds, boom! The PC either reboots or shuts down. I am now using a gpu/CPU and psu stresser at full graphics to see when something goes wrong. But surprise surprise!!! Nothing happens! It works normally for hours at full speed! Temperature levels are completely normal and the fps is stable! (12.5 fps). Up unti now, I have tried everything. From changing the power options to even reinstalling windows.

Here's a random problem i used to have. I normally keep my pc running over night because of work related reasons.
Woke up with my system being fully rebooted. One fix that worked for me is to go into the bios and turning off C-State in my cpu's power settings.
For those who dont know what C-State does, It basically lowers the power put into the cpu when the computer detects the system being less active but can cause issues on some computers.

This is annoying! Fortunately, it happens just in games and never when I'm working.
I work with render, and sometimes I use literally all 16 CPU cores. Sometimes 100% GPU. But it gives me no error.
But when I start a game... pc restarts (randomly). Usually, on Steam. I'm trying to play FIFA, and in the first load screen the PC restart. And now is restarting everytime. Fortnite was running smoothly and today restarted once. It's frustrating.
It happened with me in Windows 7, 8, 10, 11. With older hardwares, with the new ones. With high end setups. With updated drivers. I changed my PSU, RAM, thermal paste. And nothing works. These kind of problem it's random. I've tried to look for some electricity problem, and found nothing.
    It's absolutely annoying and frustrating.

IF YOU STILL HAVE THIS ISSUE AFTER UPGRADING YOUR PC CONCIDER THIS ~~~~~~
Its a power error. So its probably your power supply. If you have a dedicated video card, try to apply a -10% clockspeed. If that helps, and you dont experience these again after applying this underclock, then your pc is draining too much power from your power supply henceforth you need to upgrade your psu.

This is not power supply problem, I bought a new and more powerful power supply. The problem still occurs. There is something wrong with turning on the computer. Other strange things are like this. 1 during the first boot (after the night), when the computer was connected to the terminal (not directly to the socket) started after a few attempts ... but if I connected the computer directly to the socket in the wall, the computer (after the night) immediately started. 2 still freezing occurs but only at the beginning of operation / use of the computer ... 3. After a few starts of the computer, everything stabilizes and you can use the system without a problem ... nothing hangs, even after leaving it for several minutes. I will add that the drivers for all devices in the computer are CURRENT, the registry has NO errors.

Okay, so here is how I managed to fix the problem I had withy PC
    It's a
    R5 2600 (stock)
    RTX 2060 super
    B450 MSI mortar
    16gb (8*2) 3000 MHz Gskill tridentz
    550w PSU which I replaced with a 650w PSU
So, one day while I was editing a video for UA-cam my PC crashed, both my displays went black, my CPU fans were still on and running at a slight higher RPM than usual
I looked at the event and had this exact same event ID error
I took it to the shop where I bought the components from, and after hours of testing I changed my PSU to 650w one
Went home started working and it crashed again after a day
So each time it crash there's this ez debug light on my motherboard and there's cpu, vram, etc and the CPU faulty indicator kept flashing
All my components were under warranty so I decided to send them all out get fixed
    ie, Ram, Processor and MOBO
So if you guys don't know what to do and you have the same issue as me
Try getting a RAM from a friend and test your PC with it,
It could be your RAM, and if that doesn't work try a processor, try on a different motherboard
This issue will happen if you have a faulty RAM, processor, GPU
So try and test your rig, if it's under warranty find it and get it replaced
