GSO officers (cadets) are supposed to be selected from the field. How comes that when we go to the field with those high qualifications;B+, A-, &As, we are told to go look for jobs elsewhere.
Because just grades don’t suffice. Maybe writing something like how comes instead of how come disqualifies people as the competition is tight. That said, they do have lots of other criteria that one must fully fill and as more than needed fill them, they then look for the slightest thing to disqualify candidates 😕
