in Hawaii we have platters like the hotcakes but we have local deluxe which comes with rice,eggs,spam and Portuguese sausages ..when u visit, try it at any McDonald's :) but lots of good places to eat ..love ur vids keemi..

keemi the trick to baking is follow instructions and portions exactly as described. baking is different than cooking in that sense, you cant just wing it. good luck! looking forward to it.
