Hardwood or luxury vinyl. Because you can always get a rug. And if it gets something spilled on it you can clean it up easily or replace it.

You did a great job! I have to agree with you I hate carpet too. Only hardwood floors!!! You can always layer your carpet with rugs too if baby boy is messy like that. My middle child spills stuff all the time so it’s super easy for me to put the rug in the washer without it ruining the floors.
