Thanks. I do at times. It also helps to get things out on paper. And get things out of my head. I am waiting to here from a spine surgeon but that may take some time. So glad to see you watching my friend hope your well

Ty I am trying a new medication that seems to be working for now. And had a special xray done and am bring references to a spine surgeon. My spine is pretty messed up and surgery might be only option
