The EastIdahoNews.com team is busy helping a local Secret Santa give $1 million to deserving people in eastern Idaho this holiday season.
Leticia has been a single mother for several years and has endured many hardships. She has raised three children on her own and she is now helping take care of her sister and niece, son, and her 82-year-old mother.
Their apartment is small and doesn't have enough beds for everyone. Leticia's widowed sister and niece sleep on air mattresses and her mother sleeps on a couch. She has been taking care of what seems like everyone else but herself.
Leticia works full time to take care of everyone's needs and on her days off, she’s running her mom to the doctor, visiting her grandchildren, and helping in any way she can. She is someone who is very selfless, resilient, and helps whoever is in need.
Secret Santa asked the East Idaho News elves to pay Leticia a visit and surprise her with some early Christmas gifts. Watch the video in the player above!

I couldn't agree more. I was thrown out when I turned 18 and lived in and out of a car for close to a year. A clean bed is one of the best things ever.
I like the fact that Nate is so sensitive of her initial uncertainty of this guy turning up with a film crew and didnt say “oh just come out or can we come in” - he just quickly gave her the first box so she would be reassured. So cool, he’s such a good man.

A view from the Uk. The recipients are all deserving and i, like most of you lot watching, am a sucker for a heartwarming story. But when someone like this lady comes along who is so unassuming, oozing kindness and goodness who would never ask for help it makes me want to hug and thank the person who sent her letter/email/phonecall to East Idaho News. If, as I said, we'd all just do what we know in our hearts is RIGHT, we wouldn't need an imaginary "relationship", either. Sorry, can't have it both ways. And you can't "personally know" a fairy tale, either. That's nutso stuff, and it turns people off.
I agree that the world should give up religions, but that includes all the trappings of them, too. No lingering "supreme beings", or we're all just back in the same boat, with those "mine's the ONE TRUE" whatever, "and yours is not, so let's fight it out!"

Going through a divorce, my cabinets were bare. I came in from work one evening, and my brother had taken my two children and gone to Krogers. He bought 185 dollars worth of groceries for me and my two children. I cried. Because it was 3 days until payday, and we were out of food. House note, utilities, gas to and from work, on top of school supplies, my check didn't go far and my ex was behind on his child support to the tune of 4,000 dollars. I was in dire straights, swimming against a rip tide. God bless mightily the secret santa and the helpers!

I was this way one time in my life. Lost my job. Sold all my furniture before I moved back into my parents house. When I moved out again I didn't have a bed only a couch and an air mattress. Admittedly I wondered that too given the inflation, so I agree, no need for apology. If Secret Santa is who I suspect he is, I hope he understands that I'm not including him in that one group I refer to as the Owners' Club, he's too good of a guy to be in that category. I should create a new one called something like the Guardian Angels Club, for him.

Once again this was another perfect stop by Nate and gang. It's 3:30 am, here in PA. and Im watching secret Santa. I just realized the there is far reaching affect going on. This santa is clever, he gifts these great people, and doing this local business also recieve a gift, use of gift cards. Then there are other people in far corners of earth, like me. I had been struggling with how to make this happen for a person this year. I did it last year , it worked great. I have been working with her and we have been banging our heads on how to do the gifting. This guy goes and usually gets what he wants, tough to gift for. Secret Santa just gave me the answer, gift cards, , dang I am usually not this slow figuring stuff out. It's still early here in PA. Once it gets I will give my helper my idea. Oh by the way this guy puts other people ahead of himself. I know this is a long comment but I got my answers. That santa guy out he has it figured out. I am going to make this happen.
