Wow those apartments are nicer then most apartments here in America most of the places here are 30 plus years old the owners are very lazy they never remodel but charging us $1,700 to 3,000 month which is why my husband and I have been saving to buy a townhouse or condo no more giving away money for nothing oh let not forget most apartments here also have a mold problem that the landlord expect the tenant to take care of
Oh my word!!!! Those rentals are so steep, I don't even want to compare how much they would be in rands! This city has so many new developments and the rentals are fairly affordable compared to other places I've lived in. Thank goodness! Ya, yall are better off buying your own place, wow!

In PE (Pinelands) it was a year ago, not sure if they have units currently
