This is my favorite version of cannibal kings. I remember you sent me a home video of you doing this effect about 15 years ago. I remember being blown away. It's also fun as heck to do.
I did a lecture at the 1993 Las Vegas Desert Magic Seminar. I wrote a new set of lecture notes called Wednesday Nights for that event and that is where this routine first appeared. I think it was in 2002, Trini Montes, wrote up a one-man parade of several of my effects for the Linking Ring and this version was one of them. I do not even have the issue anymore to tell you the vol & issue number. But yes I did publish this version in the Linking Ring too.
