Third vid I've watched. I'm liking the way you do things. Knowing you have a cameraman/woman there with you, takes something away from it though. I'll watch on regardless.
I love your videos. Not just great in showing the skills needed, but more importantly, showing all the beauty of work, play, and simple living, in absolute silence. It's peaceful and serene. The worst thing is to hear constant chatter or blah blah blah. This way of filming let's us hear the sounds of the environment and the calm tenacity to dwell in it with a calm tranquility. Thank you for all your endeavors.

I've never seen ANYONe use their toe to keep tension when making cordage like that =) but the results speak for themselves. That's the neatest handmade cordage I've ever seen. Your basket weaving is well done too. Have you thought of using a stick as a toggle to help tighten the cordage when making something like that shovel? It really helps.

All good. Although he's one of my country-mates and lives in an area I used to, his vids are intermittent... and have seemed to have stopped altogether now. Can't fault others for trying what he might have pioneered though. Its worth watching these others, where I notice that their environments provide even more than available to him.
