    Good morning sir, could please explain a bit, how the temperature is effect the battery, like summer and winter seasons, is it a chance in winter seasons the battery discharge fast due to the low temperature?. Kindly explain

      Temperature can certainly impact the charge and discharge characteristics of a battery. The amount temperature impacts the characteristics would be dependent on many factors, including the chemistry of the battery. Many customers will run their CCD curves in an environmental chamber in order to determine the impacts of temperature on their specific cells.

    why is CC test done in general ? like cant we do normal resistor tesing with it ?

      CCD is generally performed to determine how a cell's performance changes as a function of cycle number. Gamry's CCD contains many analyses that are performed automatically, and would not be done for other DC techniques. It also contains additional Stop At conditions that better meet the needs of those in the energy field. At its most basic CCD is a cyclic galvanostatic experiment, but there are additional features and analysis that are pertinent to the market.

      @@gamryinstruments 19:45 the Coulomnic efficiency as described here, can I know how is it calculated for the charging phase and discharging phase?
      what I want to know is since for more accurate soc determination addition of Col efficiency adds account for more precision in readings for SOC estimate so for chg and dcg states should we use same eff value ( in your case its 98% or 0.98) , is this going ti be valid for both cases?
