- Australia has a plastic problem. Australians are predicted to consume more than 1 million tonnes of short-life plastic by the end of 2023, and we’re struggling to handle and process it. Supermarkets have now started to look overseas for solutions to the huge stockpiles of soft plastic which need to be recycled. Justina looks into the issue.
