Love your videos, I've been learning piano for a little over a year and your teaching methods align with my teacher, which really helps me. I would like you to do a video for a Supertramp song, their song have a lot of piano in them. Keep it up!
I LOVE THIS CHANNEL!!! Your teaching is so clear and I can always play along with the original songs - so accurate! I also love how you demonstrate how to play the left and right hands together- you make it so easy. Probably not your style butI would like to learn how to play "Monsters" by James Blunt - sounds so simple yet so pretty. Thanks!
David Gilmour - One of the greatest guitarists and musicians of all time. Pink Floyd, what a band!! Thank you for this tutorial. My son is 11 and is learning to play the piano at the conservatorium in New South Wales. This is a great lesson for him. I subscribed to your channel when I saw you on Rick Beato's youtube channel.
Pierre, thank you so very much for making this simple and providing the notes. I love the way you set it up so I can follow you. I am a very new keyboard player with some prior piano experience when I was younger. I am helping out our band now while we try to find another keyboard player so this is so very helpful. You rock!
Another great tutorial. I saw the thumbnail and was really hoping it was "Nobody Home". While I did grow weary of the more ubiquitous, heavy rotation songs like this many moons ago, this looks like it will be really fun to play, and it sound great! I have found I can really enjoy playing songs I don't like or thought I didn't like anymore...been practicing that Journey intro daily! Regardless, keep the tutorials coming please, you are among the very best who do this sort of thing. Thank you!
One of my many childhood's albums I'm still listening today ( I have the original vinyl LP also ). I think the arpeggiated part you showed is actually played by strings, but it goes so well on the piano too Thanks Pierre, lovely video as always
Thank you, it was just awesome, Could you spare some time to talk about software you use to display chords/notes displayed? is it something from this particular piano or something more generic ?
@@pierrejpiscitelli I am the one thanking. Everything is so well laid out, both visually and in the way you explain and play. Just awesome man. Would you consider doing a breakdown of Bend and Break or This Is The Last Time with Keane? (or if it has to be even more well known maybe Everybody´s Changing).
I like how you get right into what we want to hear instead of a long talking intro.
bingo!
For those of us who already understand chords and theory, your pacing is perfect! Thank you for another excellent tutorial.
Excellent videos, all tutorials should be made this way,no frills just everything you want to hear, keep it up.well done.
Michael Kamen did magic on this track, and many more.
Wow! Great player and a great teacher.
Need to learn this one asap for upcoming gig! You da man Pierre!!!

Awesome video! The very first bit I believe is the same as the intro to Great Gig in the Sky
B minor, yes! Thanks!
@@pierrejpiscitelli do you ever take requests for videos? Would be awesome to see more Floyd stuff!
Brilliant 👏👏
Wonderful tutorial, thanks!
Howabout doing one about The Great Gig in The Sky? I love the piano part of that song.
Love that song. Definitely on my list!
would like you to do…great gig in the sky….as well 🙏🏼
or Nobody Home
Sounded just like Kohoutek from Journey at first!
Can you do a tutorial on Michael Jackson man in the mirror
Hell yes!
Roger left clues. You can almost hear the anti-Ukraine sentiment as the second solo goes to minor.
Yes, you can feeling his seething anger and disdain for everything! Lovely guy.
