One of the things I learned from my first year of nursing school is to not over think things, it will only stress you mentally. Focus on finishing your tasks for the day and you'll be shocked to know that the week is almost over -but don't celebrate yet! Because nursing is a never ending study, it's always a happy study sunday for us.
To all incoming & current nursing students, my advice to you is that you must master by heart or have a very firm foundation of knowledge regarding Human ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY this will help you in the long run. Cause by truly understanding the concept, you will know easily what are the proper & correct nursing actions(medications, therapies, diagnosis, diagnostic tests, nursing interventions). Goodluck future colleagues 💪 stay strong and healthy
My first year of nursing school I've struglling so much I failed some courses i feel like I'm not fit nursing school,but the 2rd year I've started to change and i pass all my exams alhmdullh 😍

About this pandemic thing. I'm a first year nursing student and I'm kinda worried that we wouldn't be able to learn anything at all. Professors just give a lot of assessment and exercises to submit until dead line. Laboratory has never been this boring bc we're at house so they just give us a lot to do. Its becoming tiring really.
I'm incoming grade 11 student this year and the strand that I took is STEM cause basically after 2 years in shs I'm going to take up BS NURSING in college. Studying nursing specially in a public university that is notorious for having killer-cut standards really drained me so much. I won't disclose the university, but man, sobrang hirap talaga. All my classmates were very intelligent since almost all of them are top A+ students (valedictorian, with high honors, etc). But I realized if I stay stagnant, I will never pass and will just have a mediocre grade😢.
The tuition fee is FREE but lemme tell you, you're gonna pay. In forms of crazy hardwork, lack of sleep, you'll sacrifice your mental health and you'll definitely gonna work so much in less time needed.

I do want to take nursing I have been through a lot during my 20s and now im 28 I just feel discouraged for my age enrolling in nursing school in the Philippines. I do want to enroll in the philppines to not have debt after nursing school here in the states. I think that is one of the advantages in Asia with quality education and affordable prices. Did you ever had any classmates who were a little older?

Hi ate I am a Grade 11 student now and took ABM but I'm planning to take BS Nursing in college. I get nervous because my strand now is not aligned to the course that I'll be taken in college😢 and they are many people say that nursing school is really expensive. As of now I'm still thinking If I still pursue nursing in college b'coz it's between heart and practicality 😣 huhuhu but after watching your videos it helps me a lot and keep me motivated ate 💗 and It is really heartwhelming feeling when you're helping people. Seeing them happy with a teary eyes and saying how thankful they are😍💗

Hey Ely truly inspired by your videos!I am an American filipino as well my mother is Filipina.
I do want to take nursing I have been through a lot during my 20s and now im 28 I just feel discouraged for my age enrolling in nursing school in the Philippines. I do want to enroll in the philppines to not have debt after nursing school here in the states. I think that is one of the advantages in Asia with quality education and affordable prices. Did you ever had any classmates who were a little older?
