ahh the typical snowflake fans wanting manager sack every 3 seasons. u wonder why united hasnt improve because they keep on rotating managers with diff style, come on Pep had world class backroom staff prep for him even before his arrival to city, ETH had 'hand me down' staffs and shitty back room staff behind the scenes, as it stands right now United has just only started acting like a big club with ineos in charge, lets also forget the 60+ injuries we had this season as well, didnt know going to 2 cup finals is a failure
For Ten Hag, he was tasked with making them title contenders which he’s failed at. Arteta was tasked with a rebuild which requires more patience. Also, a manager can decide to bring staff with him to a new club so that’s on him
@@_TheFinalWhistle deluded as hell, how u guys making content with rubbish? ETH was task with a rebuild just as arteta was, yet somehow u dig out of ur snowflake arse saying title contenders? know the difference between coaching staff and DOF, which manager ever brings their own director of football, CEO etc? thats on the club to decide bfr hand which we didnt bfr ineos came in, all we had was bankers and hand me down staffs in vital top position at the club, next time if u wanna make points make it logical, for all the hype of arteta even their fans want him out in the first 3 season, and fyi he has only won 1 fa cup for the past 5 seasons, be better guys, be professional in making logical contents, dont live in a FC24/FIFA/Football manager fantasy
You said backroom staff, which also refers to the assistant coach & Co, I didn’t mention anything about DoF. But even with your bankers at the top of the club, you had players who could’ve gotten you more than finishing bottom of your UCL group, and out of top 4 this season. Arteta talk aside (because he’s not achieved all his goals & not the topic of the video), Ten Hag hasn’t been able to at least improve the squad with his tactics, game management and team performances. This is why we’re having the discussion on whether he’s failed at United and what this means for his job & the team next season.
@@_TheFinalWhistle u do realized injuries played a big part? which team actually done well with so many players injured in key position? come on be logical, even klopp suffered with injury setback , we are currently in a CB crisis, when we had a LB crisis bfr this, 2 seasons on and u expect us to be title contenders?, come on u cant do much within 2 seasons let alone one with this much of injuries, sure i criticized his in game management this season at times but doesnt change the fact that injuries have been a big part of our problem, 60+ injuries is just not logical to sustain for anyone especially when we dont even have quality depth to be a like of like replacement off the bench like City
True tbf, I’m ngl I’ve always criticised his actions when it came to selling players that he could’ve kept to cover for injuries like Fred & maybe even Pereira but i get you, you can’t compete with injuries. But then even the decision to send back Reguillon when you don’t have a fit LB baffles me, his reluctance to address obvious issues (massive gaps in midfield, conceding the same goals etc) also makes me think regardless of being in a rebuild, is he the RIGHT guy for United. - Midz
All the 'Arteta out' advocates are hiding in shame now or shamelessly praising him as the next best manager in the league after wanting him out too early. When he came 8th twice and gone trophyless, no one saw last season and this season coming Some fans are so emotionally predictable wanting quick fixes. Give Ten Hag some time and a good structure at the club. At least there are signs with the Carabao cup won and two FA cup finals, Arteta and Klopp gave no signs at their start, but patience prevailed because the owner knew that there are no sure bet managers in the market.
Firstly, Arteta won the FA Cup in his first season. Secondly, Ten Hag, with what he had should’ve been able to, maybe not win the league, but definitely challenge Liverpool and City - which he hasn’t. In his second season, they’ve done much worse than last year, even with the signings he’s made. With Arteta & Klopp, each year there was clear progress and direction, whereas under Ten Hag, there isn’t.
