I know they have machines that do this and also services. The services I looked into were Legacybox and Yesvideo. I saw bad reviews for legacy box and mixed reviews for yes video. I ended up with yes video and well my experience hasn't been that great so far but I still really like the idea. The gift is a christmas gift for my parents this year. Since there are a lot of tapes and since it's all of our family I decided to do this gift as a combined gift for them. I got them some other little separate gifts too but this one is sure to wow them I think. I also found a really cool looking black, trunk to put the dvds in and I'm going to label it something like "home videos" etc. I basically took the legacybox idea and did it my own way haha

All I could think of getting him was a 1500 $ drone lol ! now I have more ideas that are more in the price range I can actually afford. thanks Sean for thinking for me ;)

I was gonna get one aswell but my parents said the exact same things and it made sense to me and I'm not gonna get one anymore cause they're quite expensive and they do seem unuseful so I would recommend something like beats or a laptop or something
