I did make your recipe, with the exact ingredients . too much besan and mawo. magas ni ghari lagey che. and that after I doubled the amount of nuts.sugar was perfect. but I would go with 2 tsp besan and may be 70 to 80 gm of mawo. with 1 cup of pistachio. the other thing you should have shown in the vlog was, ghee will be separated when you roast mawo, but it will get absorbed as it gets cooked. I was almost ready to throw away my mawo.
