I love how you always listen attentively to the girls when they speak. Everytime your daughter spoke you stopped to let her say what she wanted to say and I love that. It really does make a difference in children when they feel like their voice is important and they are treated that way. I am a teacher if you couldn't tell lol
Edit: Maybe the "office" becomes the guest room...they don't need that much space lol Don't want anybody trying to move in lol Then the "guest room" you mentioned is either an office or the toy room that way you all can utilize that closet without disturbing the guest. I mean a bed and tv with a night stand is all they really need and a small closet because ain't nobody moving in lol
Girl gas stove is better to cook on than electric I don't like electric stove I prefer gas your food taste better with gas stove
I love my gas stove.
Also when the power goes out you can always use the gas stove to cook and for heat.

Girl you’re about to fall in love with that gas stove! I grew up with gas stoves and honestly hated when I moved somewhere that didn’t have it. The food cooks better on gas tops! ❤

For your protection and your girl’s safety I would probably put play room and your office upstairs . Just bc that room downstairs is closest to the front door, you want your kids to be safe as possible and you don’t want anything super important stolen in case of anything crazy happening (which we pray will not happen ). I remember watching Dre&Ken and they waited for a certain floor plan just so the kids wouldn’t be in the front of the house for safety reasons.

Congrats on your new home!! I'm so happy you guys can have all the extra space that you need. I can't wait to see how you get things put together and decorated. Remember it will take time so don't be in a rush to get your home fully furnished. On that note the room at the front could serve as a formal dining area and it most definitely could be an office space!!! Sorry a gym would not look good at the front of a house like that, too much bulky equipment to look at.

I loveeeeee the house!! ❤️❤️❤️ I’m so happy for y’all! Downstairs room should definitely be a gym I’m w/ Shawn on that one. I was gonna say office until you showed the 1st bedroom upstairs🔥 I think that should be your film & beauty room / office because of the lighting. The lighting looks the best in that room. Plus that can be a nice office for you. I think the second bedroom with the smallest closet should be the guest room. Then the bigger room with the bigger closet should be Sky & Summer’s room since they’re sharing it. I think it’s a big enough space for both of their beds plus toys furniture etc. ~ Also sisss gas stove is wayyyy better than electric I’ve had both and where I’m at now is electric and I hate itttt lol you’ll see your food will taste even better! 💕 love the house tour I can’t wait for the decor/ fully furnished tour!

Congratulations my loves…..use the downstairs room for your office space….make the small bedroom a GUEST Bedroom….so when your mom, or P and Jalaya come you can get twin beds in there….the lil coffee area, (I don’t drink coffee either, but I would have a lil keurig make with the lil stand for coffee and teas, I would make a hot chocolate bar…..you can decorate that area for Christmas with the lil villages, so many ways you can decorate…..Love the spaciousness of the house….Love you all Aunty Pam

In the front of the house, I think a well-appointed office would be more appropriate. I had to smile when you said you were iffy about the gas stove. I'm like that about an electric stove. But overall, I LOVE your new house! Congratulations 💝 🎉

Nice looking house, so much space !!! Even when you were growing up your mom didn't have a gas stove? I'm the opposite of you, I don't want one of those new electric stoves, I've heard food doesn't brown properly, like a baked chicken, etc.
Congratulations on your new home🏠 in North Carolina. Very, very nice. Sky want her own Room The gas stove is a plus it is very easy. You don't have to turn it up, The high settings when you are cooking. If It has the numbers on it. Leave it at 5 for the most part when you cook. Cast Iron Skillet's do wonders on it. Especially when you are Siring The food On the stove before you put it in the crockpot. It is delicious. Also, you can do smores. Put the marshmallows on the stick and hold them over the fire

Beautiful home! Gas is always best. I’m sure you’ve discovered your love for it now that you have used it for a bit! Just have to watch the heat. Lol we just bought our home last year it was my first time cooking on gas as well. Now it is a non-negotiable if we were to sell and move. I think the front room should be multifunctional. Office and playroom. Sorry, no gym. Lol maybe in the garage since you guys are back in a warmer climate.

You will love the Gas top stove. It will distribute heat more efficiently and better than electric stove. It does cook faster than electric as well.

What a beautiful home!! Also such a beautiful family, baby girl is a doll!!! The front room should definitely be a office, not a gym or playroom just aesthetically those two rooms should be more contained with a door, and not where you walk in the home
Office makes more sense . When you walk through the door and look into that room you don’t want to see gym equipment. Also with the glass doors I wouldn’t want the girls playing in there accidents do happen & what if the glass gets broken.

congratulationssss!!! so happy for you guys! Hang the tv on the wall. That way if you ever decide to get a larger tv, it would be more than enough room. Decorate the fireplace mantle so that its not an empty space.
