We have successfully mounted or Kei mini truck to our crashed sxs 6x6 ranger, built a custom frame and suspension mounts and other fabrication work. Now it is time for engine support! This week we mount and plumb and radiator, build the fuel system and do the basic wiring so we can give this mini truck its first start as a side by side!

Hi Grind hard Plumbing Co I love your videos can you do a video with the oldest vehicle you have
You guys should extend the A-arms to a really wide stance so it sits like the Barbie Dream Camper. That would look so sick!
That this is bad ass man
Now drag it to Edwin's channel and convert it to electric
You should put bucket seets in it
I can not wait to take this thing to Moab!
When do we get to see it rip around?
Moab would be legit with this 6x6, the Ranger, the Colonel, and the Dream Camper
Will you make a video of it in Moab?
If I knew what year that ranger is. I could email you a service manual for it
UEL header would be awesome
Props for the build from the Netherlands! Your story on the little poles in Amsterdam is partly true. They are not modelled after windmills but after the flag of the city of Amsterdam which has 3 crosses on it. The poles are also known as 'amsterdammertje' because of it and other cities might have other markings on them instead of the crosses. Keep up the good work!
ik zocht naar deze comment!
@@maartenvanderzwan622 Jep, ik ook😄
gEcOloNiSeeRd🤪
Haha nice commentary guys!
Jatoch
Will there ever be another power wheels race? I built a two stroke version of senderella and would love to race you guys one day! Keep up the builds.
Oh God .... juice that bad boi up lol n have fun ,
Also don't die
@@M_u_t_e96024 die,who ever died on a 2 smoke? I did once back in the 70s,but my momma slap reset me and brought me back to life...
Hell yeah brother 2 stroke!!!
I’d love it if they did a modified razor bike race too. I watched their video and the surronster video and now I’m obsessed with my E&C modded mx650
We love building DIY parts for all! We appreciate the shoutout!🙌🏻
Love the effective use of the variable geometry swing press!
Excellent, a mid-week video. Something entertaining after pressure washing trash trucks in 35 degree weather for the last 6 hours. I don’t know how you guys do it, you already work hard.
The 6x6 is going to be epic!!! Great job I'm from southern Oregon and love your guys builds so much fun to watch.
While LiFePO batteries do lose some capacity in the cold I've always been told it's about max 10%, more around 5% loss, compared to the upwards of 30% loss you can see in lead acid batteries around -5.
They really are some 'next thing' tech. Awesome stuff.
If only they weren't also ticking time bombs.
In a stockish sense of the old jdm I suggest to just space the rear mudguards like them where desing to fit 4 wheels from Factory!! Love allí your builds anda videos guys!
The cinematography in your videos is amazing. And being a somewhat local most of the year, it’s nice seeing familiar places.
Keep up the amazing work!
You guys are awesome you guys should build a turbo jacked up, smart car, black and orange
Does Ethan actually realize the level of design and fabrication genius that he actually is? He seems so humble in videos. Is there such a thing as a matter of fact genius?
Love watching the vedeos as somebody starting to get into working on cars as entertaining as they are they are also very informative im always learning when I watch
Once again, brilliant! Way cool build and can’t wait to see it in action.
You should build a snorkel for the intake and a stack for the exhaust, then some waterproofing on the electronics (if needed).
your black & white B.C. mix looks SO much like brother/sister twins we had. LORD i miss those dogs ;) too smart for their own good but leaps and bounds above the smarts of any other dogs i've ever had :) enjoy the vids man. been waiting on this part 2.
Love what you’re doing maybe heat shrink over that broken throttle cable and to keep dirt out. Couple layers makes it pretty stiff. 5:08
Hey, weld 4 of those together with an old turbo spool on the top and have a BEAST of a desk piece. Or after you make that drill a hole through the top and add a lamp to it and have a BEAST of a desk lamp!!!
Got a love the relentless cold rev seconds after getting it started !!!
100% The reason I love this channel. The fact that none of them even mentioned it or even acknowledge it!! 😂😂
Frankly this build is so interesting can’t wait to see driving 😊
I really enjoy watching your builds. You understand all aspects of fabrication .
Nice work guys, and great flying Edwin. Love the drone stuff as always
13:09 will looks like Ray Charles playing the piano while he’s looking for a chin up bar😆😎
Hey guys love you vids. I have always loved cars and when I grow up I hope to learn as much stuff as you guys.Keep up the good work
mid week uploads are the best please keep it coming
Fun fact! The Amsterdammer
The Amsterdammertje is a pole that you encounter in the streets of the capital. It stands on a sidewalk to prevent cars from driving or parking on the sidewalk. It also serves as a clear divider between the sidewalk and the roadway. If you make a canal cruise in Amsterdam, you will see some of these posts here and there.
History
In the 18th century, facades of corner houses were often damaged by carts and carriages that took too tight a turn. To protect their homes, residents set up cannon barrels along the curb. These were filled with sand and covered with a cannonball. They were the forerunners of the Amsterdammertje. After the Second World War, the main function of the bollards was to prevent parking.
Great job on the video folks! Thanks for making it.
Again I agree with Ethan. "the more you know the more useless information you have in head". Ethan is a great philosopher for sure.
Will keeps getting busted with his phone in his pocket LOL.
It's looking fantastic, however I think I would remove those splash guards from the under side of the bed. being it's a tandem axle now instead a single axle.
So happy to see the progress. Now, about those rear fenders. 😄
I'm happy to see that the slag shaver is still in service!
The 6x6 deserves a ktm engine! Great build! I love your channel
14:54 - He's still using his new slag buster tool he made.... 😂
18:49 - If you're new here, this is normal... LoL
Dudes! You need to go on a ‘snowverland’ adventures with all your tracked power wheels! 🤙🤘
Love this build! Will is going to be jacked by the end😂
By far the most creative channel I’ve seen yet
i can't get over that there is a 1.6M youtube channel hiding up here in the cascade region. this needs to be the new hub for content creators. so far its this channel and fireball tools!
And out the gate early with one of my favorite engineering tools, ⚒️ kinetic persuasion.
2:35 as a true dutchman i can say that it looks like a windmill
9:44 that was incredibly satisfying to watch
greetings from the Netherlands!! ;)
This guy does some amazing builds....he is a very humble smart guy....everyone needs a friend with this knowledge...oh how much more fun the world would be
Love how you still rip the harbor freight impact. Don’t ever change
I know you guys love Ariat. They have great clothing, and boots. But for the viewers like me that don’t have Ariat money, Brunt is a great affordable 2nd option, and can remain comfortable and dry after whatever you throw at them.
May I suggest a long term test run on Elk Mountain with the Grindfather! We can provide Edwin with footage to edit!
Y’all are the first Tubesers I’ve seen have an Artiat sponsorship. Noice
6:01 😂 the face you make when righty tighty becomes righty loosey
For those who are wondering what the song at 12:47 is, that's Kingdom Come by Theevs
I've thought about it but you guys actually did it, outstanding
Enjoying all the new music! excited to see this beast rolling around the track.
i think it's your best project ever! nice job to y all
I can't wait to see this thing rip. It's so premium.
Let’s go boys!!
VERY COOL. 🙂
that is supposed to be my truck!! lol i'm kicking myself for passing on it, but i'm glad someone in the area bought it and is enjoying it. maybe i will buy it from you in the future...
Here is some extra useless info. Those X's on the poles in Amsterdam are from the old city logo wich has 3 X vertical in line. They represent some guy who died on a cross.
Anyway love your stuff, greetings from the Netherlands
For all the Haters...This is a World's First
Grind Hard killing it
The point he started to talk about the dutch windmill made me smile 👍
Badass guys ! Where is the turbo 😂
hell with a 6x6 now, it finally lives up to the name "Mighty"
First starts are always exciting
I liked the music while building this little beast.
I really appreciate your channel boys, coolest toys on the internet
gonna be a weapon! Really hope you guys put racing seats in and a proper racing steering wheel! 😂
I love the v2 DJI GOGGLES they are older but work really well. I haven't tried the Goggles 2. great video one love. 👊 🙏
This has got to be the best snow runner around
Man, Will's GOT to be getting strong.
Why is he doing push ups? What led to him having to do some
@@cath2035 he’s broken several phones from having them in his back pocket, so they said he has to do push-ups every time someone catches him with his phone in his back pocket.
I want to thank you guys for keeping my phone out of my back pocket! 😂😂😂
I saw a ktm engine in the jeep 😳 love what y’all are doing with the kei truck I can’t wait to see what it’s like when it’s done
Awesome build bro! Mad skills 👍
I’d love to see all the power wheels on the freedom factory track. Even the og of the og’s the Barbie mustang. I’d love to see lap times on them.
I love seeing people appreciate kei trucks
The manufacturer's should definitely build a vehicle like this with all the same specs.. it's a small very capable vehicle that would be very versatile. I wouldn't be surprised if the military took an interest in something like this.
Puch/ steyr built something similar as a 4x4 called the Haflinger, and a bigger version was available in 4x4 and 6x6 called the pinzgauer, both were for military use and also used by the fire departments here in switzerland and in austria
@@pipo2203 Mike Festiva built a miniature Pinzgauer 6x6 here on YT. and all the vehicles you described don't have the same spec's. this vehicle has. so that would not be a viable comparison.
Can’t wait to see the next video I hope this ends up getting more power lmao I think more power and bigger wheels and tires and it’s going to be a monster
love seeing a project like your go from the idea the the real deal great stuff god bless
Once again, brilliant!
Just the tip reversal 😂 , that ending though !
Poor Will… I mean, even if he doesn’t learn, at least he’ll get BUFF 😂😂
Yo, the clean cut looks great bro!
Will and his phone is possibly my favorite
As a Dutch person I hereby thank you for the shout out
As soon as he said, "As it turns out, l am stupid!" I had to laugh, because l have said that out loud about myself countless times restoring my '61 VW bus! So damn funny.
Love how he says because that wouldn't be smart and then proceeds to test drive 😂
Well another top shelf build! Ethan your one mad mastermind!!!
Great work as always
6:00 magical moment
Woww,he had the perfect opportunity to make a big truck exhaust pointing scraight up like all them squatter bois do...
With a 6-10" diameter pipe 45d back... 😮
That's bad ass fellas , can't wait for the videos from moab
So much good content this lads knows how to run it 🤙🏽
Those lithium batteries still do well in the cold but it’s bad using them in -10 degrees for discharge and you can’t charge them if below freezing
I’m so glad that I found this channel!
Sometimes, you guys start a sentence off with "Well.." like at 13:16 and I like to imagine Will panics and reaches for his phone.
Isn't sharp corners on weit reduction cut outs more prawn to Increase risk of stress cracks in metal parts where the corners meet ? , just a thought....
I mean : you would not have to make them round or oval ,just make the
cutouts with little radius in corners.
What a tease! Not even a burn out at the end!
The info about Amsterdam was incredible accurate
Man I can't believe such awesome dudes live even 4 hours away
You guy's made some nice 'Amsterdammertjes' :)
You guys would have been the mechanics for the "wacky races" cars. The best!!! 😃
Can you guys adapt the rear to tracks? Make a Half-Track 6x6, I'm thinking you could REALLY get in and out of some places!
what a rad little unit!!!
