Well I used to do a bit of backpacking (Wales, Scotland, and Iceland), the occasional wild camp and the odd bit of bothying, but unfortunately had to stop due to a health problem. I get round it by doing the next best thing.... driving to spots where we can walk a short way into the woods with our camping stove etc and spend the day there, cooking meals etc. That's why I'm interested in any new cooking ideas.... I'm gonna try a chicken curry when we're next out. Am hoping to be able get back to fully wild camping next year. 🤞
