Most of them seem about the same so I can understand why you feel that way. There was one in Chinatown we liked. We hope to go back there and review it for UA-cam one day.
I love KBBQ! I typically stick to beef brisket with brisket sauce and some marinated kalbi from time to time. Love that green tea ice cream offering at the end as well! Thanks for the video!
KBBQ is one of my fav's... Kogi looks good, with a nice varied menu offering and the hotpot addition will fill you up fast (and GREAT if you are on keto, but watch out for the sugar sauces avoid), still I would miss the offering of various lettuce leaves to make wraps (wraps with radish are just weird)... still they try to give a nice varied Korean food experience... The banchan looks passable, but wish the selection was a little more adventurous... but really, it comes down to the taste of their kimchi... lol I'd definitely add them to my list...
Hmm . same name as Roy Chois Kogi truck in Los Angeles. Is this restaurant really pronouncing it as "KoJee"? Its "KoGEE" or "GoGee" (actual korean pronounciation)
Yes, the tomahawk steak was marinated. It was fresh and it cooked nicely. I did like the rib eye better, but I usually do. Thank you for watching our videos! ☺️
I was turned away as a solo business traveler which has never happened in 25 years of business eating alone . I specify business because I have to eat alone. Jerks, drove 40 minutes because they seemed local. Just disappointed
@@ExploreVegas After this I went to a great, friendly Korean bbq place on warm springs who seated me at a table shared with a couple. Had a great time. Delicious bbq, excellent service. Nice people
@@ExploreVegas you can always tell by the color and texture 🙂 other than that cool meal. I love watching these videos cause I’m moving to Las Vegas in Sept. I can’t wait to hit the restaurants 😁👍🏼
im trying to learn more about korean bbq being that my hubby and i want to try our local one soon, but still learning about what to get, and what not to get. so i noted that pork kelby (sp?) is good. i knew the tbone would be tough, as the main side is lean and tougher, its the same as a ny strip. the other side is the filet/tenderloin, if you are lucky enough to get some of that other side of the bone. do they offer chicken (dark or light) at korean bbq? loved your videos.
My wife is a pork belly fan, but she said it needed sauce at Kogi. They did offer some dark meat chicken. We ate it last time out and were indifferent. The pork kalbi was our favorite although my wife really liked the pork cheek. I would try a variety of beef and pork if the portions aren’t terribly big. The tomahawk and ribeyes steaks they served us were huge. The flank portion was enough for us.
I thought it was ok , nothing special in particular just like most AYCE korean BBQ. Usually we go to Doh' which is right in the same shopping center. Great vid as always!
Im sorry to say, there arent really good kbbq places in LV. ayce is awful. non ayce like hobak is awful too.
i think 8oz is the only good kbbq

Thank you so much!
They marinated all the meats to salty.
You can ask for most of the meats I un marinated.😋 Thank you for watching! ☺️
I've been to Koji before and I really like it. I would love to go back there again one day
We hope to go back too. We really enjoyed the food and the experience!
some white people say's it's dumb because they said they are the once whose gonna cook their food😂😂😂.
We enjoyed the experience of cooking our own food.

I wish they had more chicken options, but we enjoyed it overall. The pork kalbi was amazing! 😋

That is interesting. I’ve only heard it pronounced as “KoJee,” but hadn’t really asked them. I will definitely ask next time we go.
Please update the price. Same?
Great video. Why was the tomahawk steak gray colored? was it marinated? In contrast the rib eye looked red and fresh

I'm hungry now . Never been but is now on my bucket list .😎 Great video
I hope you get to go sometime!
I don’t like restaurants that’ll limit how long you have stay, not gonna go there.
I can understand that.

Wow. That is unacceptable. Sorry to hear of your experience.

Your VZ meal looked awesome , but your tomahawk steak looked like it was thawed out before you cooked it. It wasn’t the same color as your rib-eye.
The tomahawk steak was pretty tough too.

I think the flame should be slightly higher for char.
It was too low in the beginning. We had them make it higher after a bit.
I would love to try Korean bbq and fried chicken. One day soon.
So good! 😁
I believe the wife and I have eaten there before as well, I really enjoy places like this!
It’s a fun experience and you get full too. 😁
I LOVE KOREAN SPICY FRIED CHICKEN AND SEAFOOD AND MAC AND CHEESE TOO
Me too!
I rather cooking your own food.
Thank you for watching!

these places arent good. they just load all the meat with sugar and salt. you cant taste anything but that.
its catered to Chinese people tbh

I didn’t even know there was another AYCE Korean BBQ in the same shopping center. Do you like Doh better?
@@ExploreVegas taste is subjective. Personally I like doh because their meats seem to have more flavor. Stay safe !
@@cancel.lgbtq.6892 we’ll have to give that one a try! Thank you for the recommendation!
Thanks for your video . I will follow to try most of them thanks
