The thing with Boo York was that usually, I DESPISE musicals. Especially when it’s in a franchise where there usually isn’t anything musically involved. But- Monster High did it gorgeously. I LOVE Boo York. The music gave very much late 90s to early 2000s and I love it wholeheartedly. “Empire” was a banger Nefera slayed
Ghoul's rules is one of my favorite Monster High movies partially because it's one of the only 3D Monster High movies to reference FrankiexHolt which pretty much all of the others forgot about plus Cleo standing up to her family

I would have been okay with a live action movie if they weren’t changing so much, but I definitely would have preferred more animated movies (not the revamp animation). Some things I don’t like that I’ve seen about the live action is Clawdeen and Duce are apparently in a relationship. Like it’s so frustrating for me on so many levels. I’m a hardcore Duce/Cleo shipper and I also headcanoned Clawdeen as an ace lesbian. Also apparently Draculaura is mean in the live action and I just can’t see that she was always such a sweetheart. Also side note you were talking about voice actors and Keith Silverstein voices the bad guy in skull shores. My sister and I watched them all last year and we were both like why is that voice so familiar and then we looked it up and it made so much sense.

I recently watched the leaked version of the new movie and I actually enjoyed it, there are missing characters and some other characters don’t resemble their past selves but I really like the direction the new storyline Is going and the music Is amazing.
Gigi is played Jonquil Goode and yes is the one that played Apple. Goode is also the actress how voices Twyla (my favorite character in the entire franchise).
They strayed soooo far away from the original, they should've just created new characters and focused on a new generation of monsters going to monster high. But I can't see that working cause their creativity is lacking. They're so lost without Garrett. They have a whole blueprint and they don't wanna follow it.
Please guys. Give up on monster high and give us that sweet sweet juicy story that is ever after high. I watch that show, as a high schooler unashamed. But just don’t do what you’ve done to monster high. We just want a continuation of the show, not some weird, Nickelodeon live action musical with tacky editing.
There is always something new when i watch the movies things i forgot or didnt notice before but i also recently saw the entire film collection. Theres issues which irk people differently like in the Electrified animated movie Moanica DKay schemed a violent plan but ultimately she seems more snobbish and bratty than totally evil. This is because Frankie getting vamped by electricity has been advertised to be humorous in other episodes so either the whole concept of super powers is normalized amongst the peers or all the students can be scrutinized for adverse affects. Their hairstyles in Scaris city of frights is really similar to what happened in Electrified Moanica will not be as prominent villain if others had the same approach in other films
Mostly what I realized that monster high doesn't have that much villains and mostly brings people together which I love how they added a villain and welcome to monster high which is Monica because it's a New concept and there's like really competition, and we well, I can see the main cast stopping her and everything is good, that's what I love about welcome to monster high mostly because of Monica
There's an animated show coming out around the same time as the movie, and in terms of Quality, it's pretty solid. the noses on the new dolls are kinda weird to look at, but other than that, their fashions are an improvement from the 2015 reboot.

I found EAH and Monster High my senior year at uni first time around; a friend introduced me to it. I was going through an exceedingly rough mental and health patch that year, including having lost several immediate family and friends on the West Coast while I was attending uni on the East Coast, and instead of Disney, she thought EAH would keep my attention more than Disney, especially because I'd watched Disney so much when everything back home first broke, so she thought something new would help. Can't explain why, but I loved them all. I guess they reminded me of my childhood🤷♀Wish they'd continued EAH, cause I would have loved to have seen how it developed more. I guess it and MH have become my comfort series along with my favorite Disney movies whenever I'm in a bad lupus flare and just want something to veg on.

I’ve actually seen the live action because it was leaked, I saw it in a discord server however, the CGI wasn’t finished. I mean it wasn’t horrible but it was just very fast pasted and seemed pretty rushed tbh. If you want I can totally tell you more about it. Or even the entire movie.
It felt like there were sooo many cut scenes, especially with Heath and Lagoona having posters but Ghoulia having more scenes and lines than both of them.
Well maybe i'm out of the focus of the video but i'm seeing several people sending hate on the Monster High live-action, i watched the full movie because it was leaked and i really liked and gets me frustated that people didn't understand the idea of the movie. The idea of the movie is being a new thing for a new generation, it wasn't made for the old MH fans, it was made to new MH fans, like i said, a new generation but people just don't get it. I found EAH and Monster High my senior year at uni first time around; a friend introduced me to it. I was going through an exceedingly rough mental and health patch that year, including having lost several immediate family and friends on the West Coast while I was attending uni on the East Coast, and instead of Disney, she thought EAH would keep my attention more than Disney, especially because I'd watched Disney so much when everything back home first broke, so she thought something new would help. Can't explain why, but I loved them all. I guess they reminded me of my childhood🤷♀Wish they'd continued EAH, cause I would have loved to have seen how it developed more. I guess it and MH have become my comfort series along with my favorite Disney movies whenever I'm in a bad lupus flare and just want something to veg on.

I’ve actually seen the live action because it was leaked, I saw it in a discord server however, the CGI wasn’t finished. I mean it wasn’t horrible but it was just very fast pasted and seemed pretty rushed tbh. If you want I can totally tell you more about it. Or even the entire movie.
It felt like there were sooo many cut scenes, especially with Heath and Lagoona having posters but Ghoulia having more scenes and lines than both of them.

Well maybe i'm out of the focus of the video but i'm seeing several people sending hate on the Monster High live-action, i watched the full movie because it was leaked and i really liked and gets me frustated that people didn't understand the idea of the movie. The idea of the movie is being a new thing for a new generation, it wasn't made for the old MH fans, it was made to new MH fans, like i said, a new generation but people just don't get it. So a advice, when everyone watches the movie forget about the original Monster High and also forget the original backstory of the characters, pretend that you're going to see just a random Nickelodeon movie, pretend that you're seing the characters for the first time, that's it, Also sorry for my bad english, i'm from Brazil.
Just remember the time they teased a Monster High X Ever After High in BooYork BooYork just to reboot MH and silently cancel EAH shortly after
