- I went on a solo trip to Paris, France and it was amazing! Yes, some seriously weird stuff went down, but overall, it was a great country to visit. I love traveling and this is one of those places where I would definitely love the opportunity to go back one day. I am not a fan of french food but hey, who cares about the food when there's so much art to see! During my visit, I stayed at the La Maison Champs Elysées, which is a 4-star hotel located literally one minute away from the Arc de Triomphe and plenty of shopping!

Wow so glad you’re good and was able to avoid a dicey situation. I was in Europe last year by myself for the first time. I always had that in the back of my head like kinda concerned for my safety especially with what you were discussing. But I tried to not let those ideas ruin my trip. Plus I always thought well I’m from NY ain’t no one gonna mess with me😂😂 But yes girl you’re totally right us women gotta be on point all the time especially when traveling alone. And like you said it doesn’t discriminate and anybody can be a target and anyone can get in an unfortunate situation. But thankfully for yourself, it turned out to be ok in the end.

I really want to go to Paris so scared I will have to go alone, I prefer solo travel so nervous have heard so many mixed reviews about the people and safety in Paris. I'm a very independent person travel in US alone often but the language barriers with international travel worries me that is crazy that guy I would probably go back to my room never leave lol until I leave for home lord scary.
It was definitely a crazy experience for sure but please go and just be aware of your surroundings but next time I go, I’m definitely not going alone because I want to be able to see some things at night
And yes girl regarding the deodorant 😂😂😂 When I was in Paris and girl that was in May and it was warm and hot I smelled a lot of stinky. So no disrespect to Parisians but I see something as very optional. I never noticed if deodorant is expensive but please put it on Parisians.
