Remembering what happened in the Quantum Bungalow episode, he made his way to the Danville history museum as fast as he could in a hope that he’ll find the Time Machine intact and operational. Although there is a bit of rot on it, the Time Machine was still intact, and Phineas seized the opportunity to travel back in time to before he activated the machine designed to give him and his friends superpowers. He explains everything to the gang and convinces them to build a giant mirror surrounding the machine. By the time Doof’s machine shot its last ray and exploding, the mirror was fully constructed, and the ray was reflected. Knowing he just prevented the timeline from which he came from happening again, Corrosion Phineas says his final goodbye to the new timeline and vanishes into thin air.

I like the vibes of the lyrics changing from v1 to v2. v1 sounded like isabella was tormenting phineas for what he did, v2 sounded like cheering him like "nothing happened my darling, it's not your fault" A different song not just a v2 💙
fr, this genuinely feels like a good ending for the song, well not exactly a good ending stuff still happened, but one that feels more *bittersweet* in a sense, despite everything, there is still a glimmer of hope.
V2 lyrics are much better imo, instead of putting Phineas down she’s trying to cheer him up because she knows it was an accident and he didn’t mean to kill everyone. Keep up the good work Milo!

I imagine this more like she fades away after giving hopes to Phineas. Because in this, Phineas is hallucinating thinking everything is his fault. But deep down Isabella wouldn't blame him for this and help him continue to live on I was not ready for this to turn into a hope song !

Ok ngl, v1 lyrics were not bad, but for this one, it sounds really impressive! The fact that in v1, Isabelle puts Phineas down and making him feel terrible for what he has done. For v2 my goodness, i was having goosebumps and almost about to cry on how Isabelle was trying to help Phineas boost his confidence and making sure he would say safe and fix for what he has done. not bad Milo, you did a great job on this one!

But it was a remake of that first episode but as a musical (except it canonically takes place later in the summer, it's literally just that Phineas had the idea to repeat everything from the first day as a musical and that's it lol).

I like to imagine the ending as isabella dying yet phineas inventin something to stop this from happening. Due to how shes singing in more of an inspirational way, maybe shes telling phineas to find away out of this..to make sure he doesnt end up like her

I really love how in this version Isabella sings in a positive tone. While i loved V1 i felt the lyrical part was pretty off character for Isabella, even if Phineas was hallucinating her i don't think he'd think she'd feel that way for him. The lyrics from V1 felt like something Buford would be singing tbh. These lyrics fit so much better for her with how she was in the show. This is such a great song, i loved V1 and i love this one even more!

Wow, this is a HUGE improvement over v1, a completely different tone to the song and lyrics. It's definitely more emotional and impactful. I do like how in 4:06 is sounds like Phineas is saying "please don't give up, oh, Isabella~" followed up with singing alongside her with "carpe diem". 6:33 Sounds pretty epic on the pitch shift. 7:14 sounds like a pretty good finale to the song, really slowing it down to take a breather and see the destruction and seeing the consequences of everything withering away. Also love how Corrosion is very iconic with the motif in 0:22. Hope you continue to make peak music in the future!

You guys think that Isabella dies at the end, I think she does too, but I have a much more fleshed out ending After the lyrical section, we go into a montage of Phineas making something to fix this mess, and, well... He does... He brings everyone back, he fixes the tri state area, but... Right as he's about to save Isabella, the machine gets destroyed, hence the explosion like sound effect, unable to sustain herself anymore, she falls to the ground, Phineas catching her, as she smiles.
Plot twist: The reason everyone died in this song was not because of Phineas's invention, but because the song was so fire that the entire planet couldn't handle it. 🔥
I won't lie, the first time I listened to this, I didn't like it too much. Small changes to the instrumental and vocals at certain parts mostly before the lyric section that I liked in V1 were the reason. Now it's been growing on me a lot more now that I've come back to it after a while despite the parts from V1 I like not being in it. I can assume it'll grow on me more later.
I like how V1 made it sounds like she's guilt tripping Phineas while this is more like convincing him he didn't do anything considering he didn't because it's canon that nothing was Phineas' fault just doofensmirts (i hope that's right)

You guys think that Isabella dies at the end, I think she does too, but I have a much more fleshed out ending
After the lyrical section, we go into a montage of Phineas making something to fix this mess, and, well... He does... He brings everyone back, he fixes the tri state area, but... Right as he's about to save Isabella, the machine gets destroyed, hence the explosion like sound effect, unable to sustain herself anymore, she falls to the ground, Phineas catching her, as she smiles.

I won't lie, the first time I listened to this, I didn't like it too much. Small changes to the instrumental and vocals at certain parts mostly before the lyric section that I liked in V1 were the reason.
Now it's been growing on me a lot more now that I've come back to it after a while despite the parts from V1 I like not being in it. I can assume it'll grow on me more later.

Corrosion v3: mixed with the v2 and v1 including the v1 lyrics singed at the v2 with the pink moment with double voice that the second voice is their soul including the echo.
This is a really good song but it’s also pretty held back by Phineas’ vocals. They just sound too robotic and empty of emotion.
