    To prepare pasta with mussels and tenerumi, you start by cleaning and cooking the mussels, which are then set aside. In the meantime, prepare a sauté with garlic, oil and cherry tomatoes, add the mussels and tenerumi cut into pieces and leave to cook for about 15 minutes.
    At this point, cook the pasta al dente and add it to the mussel and tenerumi sauce, flavoring everything together. The result is a dish with an intense and decisive flavour, which reflects the love and care for the Sicilian culinary tradition.

    Ingredients for 3/4 people
    - 1kg Mussels
    - 15 cherry tomatoes
    - 1 bunch of tenerumi

    - Pepper as needed
    - 280g Linguine or other format

      Si, è meno diffusa rispetto alla classica pasta e tenerumi. Anche questo è un piatto antico, lo faceva un vecchio ristorante di Palermo e da lì si diffuse nel territorio. Molto buona. Provala 😉
