Ehhhm This person is helping a new generation of people who will speak Danish and I don't know if he knows it.
Thank you :) And I am trying to create as many useful materials as possible.
Love your stuff, many thanks. (Technically speaking the imperative is a mood, not a tense; same for the subjunctive and conditional moods. They all have their own tenses. For example, imperatives are almost always present.)
Thanks, James!

Rabea Essadok tu etudies ca langue?
E right
Mange tak for chefen
A suggestion for “at få”. A better English translation for “Du har fået noget chokolade” would be “You have received some chocolate.” Otherwise there’s no difference between the present and past.
Mange tak.
Mange tak Tomas.
Am i dreaming or all these tenses the only ones tenses that exist in danish?
There are more than 6. We also have a couple of passive tenses, and one where the verb kinda becomes an adjective. But what you have in this video is all you need like 90 % of the time, so if you master those 6 tenses, you already secured your own success!
Ok one more comment. I know the point of your videos is to teach Danish but I can’t overlook the English translations. The past participle of run is also run. I haven’t RUN so much this year. You had RUN for a long time. Unfortunately many native English speakers make this error, but it is indeed an error.
Thank you, Allison. You are right. There are a couple of wrong translations in between. Back in 2017 when this video was made, the production went a bit too fast sometimes and we didn't always do enough proof-reading. Newer videos have significantly fewer errors!
Luke, Jeg er din far XD I am so sorry XD
Well, I may have watched Star Wars right before I wrote those sentences :)
Learn Danish with Thomas it’s all good XD
mange tak Tomas .
