Hell yeah this thing sounds awesome tbh. Im traveling through montana right now and i drove past a wind farm on the way here. Threw me off guard because it was nighttime and i was behind a hillside. I drove past this hillside at like 3am, and all of a sudden the entire horizon slow flashed red. It's a wind turbine farm. But for a second it looked like i died again. Or an alien invasion happened or something lol. But i figured it out. Anyway i say all this because this place has two good things, sunshine and wind, thats for sure. At least for the summer while im here its been good.
Hey I watched your video, I recently got the newer Texair 18w version with directional tail fin. Did you ever use this turbine, and if so, did it work ok for you? So far, I am unable to get power out of the 18v jack into my Sherpa 100ac, but the 5v USB can charge small devices. I was really hoping to micro-harvest wind over longer periods, but can't get 18v power. Multimeter shows millivolts, while USB is fine?
I haven't really been able to test it much so far. When I did a test on the beach, the wind was inconsistent and didn't produce anything longer than a second worth of power to my Sherpa 100AC. I think this is best suited for people that will experience steady wind over 15mph but under 40mph. But I will try again and post when I do.

Does the new plates fit the old unit you have on the table? Would be good to have the bigger plates on the small turbine???
No. They are off different sizes.
Hi,
How possible to get kindly send me the company website.
Thanks
8 months now. Any followup???
Don't buy it, makes about 18 watts for $400. Buy a 100 watt folding Jakery solar panel and make 85 watts for $300.
Have you tested it ?
You really need 15+ mph wind constantly and I don't ever get that where I live. This might work on a mountain though.
@@ilinauf too bad
It's a good video but put some enthusiasm in. I'm sat listening to you talk about interesting things while being bored
Good feedback. Thanks
