This is DEEPLY grounding, even sedating. For me, this is the most powerful of all the chakra notes.
Often I find it hard to mediate but this took meditation to a new level for me . I felt the vibrations through my body and moved with the sounds. namaste 🙇

wow!! I tried this and don't know much about it I listened and find it hard to meditate and I don't know much about chakras was told my root chakra was out of balance. first time I ever felt anything goes through my spine like that. was nice and thank you so much

When it comes to tibetan bowls for some reason I can't listen for very long it disturbs me, but listening to this one doesn't. I guess it is because I am trying to get the root chakra flowing so when I hear random sounds it creates chaos, but listening and meditating on the root chakra seems more orderly.
