Ooo! I love this! With these pastels do you have to use fixative and was that a cotton pad you used for applying the pastel?

Thanks!! ☺️ I probably won’t use a fixative for this page. I usually only use one when I put A LOT of pastel on. And yes, it is a cotton pad.
