Thanks for watching my video.
Great video, glad I stumbled upon your channel. Cheers 🇨🇦🤘
Thanks for watching! Smoke on!!!
Just what I was looking for Zach. I have a loin in the freezer and have been wondering how to proceed since we cannot eat the whole thing. After watching your video I now plan to cut it into 2 or 3 chunks. Additionally, I'm now looking for a vacuum sealer. Have you ever thought about making a video reviewing one or more brands of food "savers"? Thanks!
I’m glad this video was a help! I have thought about doing a video on vacuum sealing but those things aren’t cheap and I’ve never been offered a free one. Stay tuned though.
Thanks for watching! Smoke on!!!
Great video Zach. That pork loin looks killer!!
Thank you my friend! I appreciate you watching and yes, it was killer. Smoke on!
Love this video. A lot of good info. My wife likes turnip greens, so I may try to make some. Keep smoking
Greens are so good when done right! Smoke on brotha!
Them some thick as chops there. Yoo hoo ! Yeah brother.
Oh yeah! Thanks for watching. Smoke on!!!
Thank you for proper microphone placement or final editing where we do not have to hear chewing and swallowing sounds that are so undesirable.
I’m can’t stand the sound of chewing and swallowing. My mic still pics it up from time to time but it’s not bad.
Thanks for watching! Smoke on!!!
Good cook zach, my son's name is Zachary.. Keep rolling, bro. Wade Out..
Strong name! May the smoke be strong with him. Smoke on!!!
I ate baby back ribs from them, and spent 3 days in hospital because of food poisoning..Bought it through Walmart
I hate to hear that. Unfortunately, any cut of meat can turn. Always trust your nose.
Thanks for watching. Smoke on!!!
Looks great!
How are you cooking those pork chops now?
I cooked one bag the other night. I did a sear and then cooked at 250 till 140ish. Turned out good. I will probably cool the next bunch on the grill after a 24hr brine in Italian dressing.
Looks great, how do you keep your smoker so clean?
Thanks for watching! It would be great to have you as a subscriber.
Here is a link to a video I did on how to keep the smoker clean.
