I am wondering for your confidence to pluck the yield when they grow much taller. It helps the animal community also. Not advisable to plant seeds. They take long period to yield. You are not sure of result like it's parent tree. Seedling tree will grow huge and make it difficult to maintain and harvest. Better to get a known tree grafted on a stable rootstock.
