After doing further checks, this works for Windows PC/Android phone and tablets. Iphone/Ipad you will need to download a separate VPN app (there are free ones available) and use any browser 🙂

So I was happliy using this method for the past 2 years, but in the past week or so I get a error message 'The page you are trying to view cannot currently be displayed' most of the time I try to look at the Yahoo Auction site. Occasionally the pages I've book marked load, but 95% of the time they don't. Anyone else having this problem with the Opera VPN method?

Providing you follow my instructions exactly it should work without issues. Download opera>enable VPN in settings>Set VPN to America's then reload website.
I do mention in my pinned post that on Iphone and Ipad you will need to download a separate VPN (there are some free ones available) I tried one called VPN 360 and that worked Download VPN 360>Open connect to USA>Load Normal browser>should work - but would always advise a paid one if you can
