All good 👍 but one thing we all have to agree with that, as far as Legal Litigation cases + Risks involved r concerned then Bhubaneswar real-estate market Prices are BALOON/BUBBLE ....completely unrealistic Prices dat too wid Risk..... builders n brokers r showing bbsr like its Foreign country/Metro City wen the reality is Bbsr economy is slowest & now its in starting phase towards growth+ big Risks Involved wid Huge Frauds. So only prices r unrealistic + legality r issues...rest all r Good. Hopefully Bbsr Real-estate market becomes Clean & Buyer friendly for better growth 👍
Bhubaneswar is only one city in odisha. In gujrat or Maharashtra there are too many city with proper industrial corridor, education and hospital. All are well connected by road/ rail

The previous project is on Cuttack - Pittapali main road and this one is 3 km from Main road. That's the difference.
