That burp sound isnt the problem as it can always burp when first start and idle. Running lean can damage the engine if you drive several miles with it and also if the piston wear out it wil simply block the crank but wheel should run free because cvt. In this video it was the clutch bell that exploded because of no resistance.

I ran lean on both jets for a loooong time.. with cold plug, good oil with correct ratio and no air in the coolant line, nothing will happen unless you lock the throttle wide open for 50miles..

After letting it cool down i drove again no problem died down again didnt turn on put oil and a bit fuel started up but then after 5min did the same. I hear it crank but wont start i have a 70cc kit with all mallosi parts yet im confused you think the kit is blown if so that means a new whole kit or just piston
Yeah there´s clearly something hesitant with it and it IS the test run. This is typical for a new generation who grew up believing throttles should be pumped , things don´t need oil and greese and that a cold motor reacts the same as a warm. You should have left it on idle while you grabbed a coffee.

I think the clutch, those tend to go with no load and the the bike kept running

Clutch is what broke.. I'm guessing the contra spring and clutch springs were too soft for the setup causing it to explode..
