Celery is the main food source of Gorilla's in the wild in Africa. Zoo's should plant it in their enclosures. It grows quite easily and abundant. They would really enjoy that.
Damsi is precious!! So nice to watch all the gentle play and interactions. I am noticing how gentle they all are when touching Damsi. This video made my morning 😍🙏
Thank you so much!! Yanga is one of my favorite Gorilla-Girls and adore her. I always worry how she is since her start in life was sad and hard. It is wonderful to see her happy and loved by others besides her boyfriend and buddy, Shae. ;-) Yanga is very gentle and sweet playing with Damsi. Im sure he adores her. All the boys look great! Thank you!!! My sweet girl is growing in happiness and love and that fills my heart! ;-)
You're welcome! And thank you! I'm also very very happy to see yanga this happy and playing with all the groupmembers. She also has a special thing with akili. The pictures of her adoring akili are wonderful to see on facebook. And akili allowing her to take some of his food was incredible to watch. She really seems to love him as well. And he accepted her like we all thought he would. It took some time, but finally she has a loving family.
@@LiekesShotOfLife , Yes, she has come a long way. I have heard Yanga adores Akili and he has a special spot for his Girl. I will have to see on FB her taking food. ;-) She is a spirited little Gorilla-Girl and love her sweet face and beautiful big eyes! I know her and Shae were buddies and he was very good with her and they protected each other and hugged a lot. ( So cute!! ) but now seems she is comfortable and excepted by the whole Troop and happy. That is all we can ever wish for after such a sad beginning. Thank you so much for sharing such beautiful moments and you always give detailed information in title description info. that is very useful to all. You have a great talent and you are very kind in replies to all. It is a pleasure to watch such a awesome page and thanks for the kind person you are to help us with any questions. Keep it up! Lynn Gold, Hey hun, isn't this a wonderful page? The owner is a sweetheart! Pleasure to see the Artis Family. I love them. Yanga is my baby! I remember watching my Bembosi and Shambe playing as babies. They were such sensitive little souls and sweet. They are now so big and handsome and still kids at heart. So beautiful! My Sweet Shomari was the gentle big brother who adored his little brothers but has now moved on. @@LiekesShotOfLife , You're welcome. They were so sweet. Again, thank you for sharing your talents and precious memories with us. Since I'm in the USA, Sadly cannot see my favorite Gorilla Families and depend on the kindness of others to share, so it means so much when people like you spend so much time and talent to share with us. Im hoping to do a trip to Amsterdam with a dear friend to see some troops in a year or so. I would love to be able to visit them easily, but the trip will be amazing. Thank you for being so kind to all. Keep up the great work because you are very talented and have a gift! Take care sweetie. Thanks so much! ;-)
I have seen Gentaro do the same thing, go round and round then beat their chest, wonder why they do that. What’s the meaning of this, can someone please tell me. Thanks.
@@LiekesShotOfLife Thanks. The kids are really cute. Could you please tell me more about these gorilla family? Are they related to Ozala or Oumbi? Matadi?

In artis it's playful behavior ;).
Beating chest in young ones is a sign of playfulness
😍😍😍😍
