Ingredients for Chicken Malai Kababs recipe
1 pc cinnamon
3 cloves
6-8 Black pepper corns
Salt to Taste
350 gms Chicken
3 Tbsp corn flour
2 Tbsp butter
1 small onion finely chopped
Half cup milk
salt to taste
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 tbsp fresh cream
2 cheese triangles
chopped
green chillies
coriander leaves
mint leaves
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 egg beaten
panko bread crumbs
Awesome recipe! Keep it up we just made it at home and it was the best, I can easily say after making it that anyone can make it blindfolded without any tension and that to me i have made it second time at my home andwith same tasty taste.Thankyou for sharing such a beautiful recipe with us.

I tried Shahi Roll and Chicken Cheese balls yesterday Mam. The cheese got over melted andgot. Mixed with the chicken and hence while eating we couldn't see cheese😅 but taste was good.
For that recipe can we use boiled chicken? Also Thank You for Your recipe.
For this Kabab recipe I wanted to ask if we can add this batter in spring roll sheets and eat as a roll?
