Yoo, that coach it's actually insane, he is way too knowledgeable and wise not only in LoL but in real life stuff aswell, that mainly describes my own problem in League aswell lol, i'm way too hestitant to make a step bc idk if my call is good enough or better than my teammate's, and i tend to sometimes blindly follow my teammate's calls even though i myself know that it's kinda bad, also when i happen to have a confidence boost (like a solokill or carrying a teamfight) i end up playing 10x times better bc of that morale boost.
I feel like that mentality is basically something thats required for all sports. Like, you just gotta be sending it, confident in your actions and then reflect on the choices after. You cant win against anyone good if you arent sure what you are doing.

ADC legit is really weak right now and I am talking about Master/Grandmaster elo. I lost games with my ADC being 20 kills, because the impact of ADC/BOTLANE in general is lower than the TOP/JUNGLER :) so yes ADC is really weak right now. Imagine this scenario, you play ADC, you are fed then a fed Camile or Ksante, go all in into you.. you are instantly dead that is the "strong" ADC role you are talking about xD
weirdly enough the coach is actually choosing to be more silent rather than screaming at you each second about what to do. that will actually improve you (being silent) rather than making you get anxiety or get smurfed (having no improvement but ranked up)

Adc is not the weakest role, it has bean place where it should be, strong enough to destroy you, and fragile enough to get one shot. Because adc are not suppose to 1v5, any role is suppose to, so they nerf them, again and again where they should be, the back line who need to be protected by tank and support. The real problem are the others roles, jungler are powerfull has hell and tank do what adc did before, 1v5. So adc are good, but the others roles didn't follow, so in a certain ways, yes, they are weak, but we need to nerf the other and not buff them.
