With PM modi being unarguably the most popular leader of the world and DR jaishankar arguably being the most popular foreign minister in the world , not to mention they've got a culture based economy and India's got the biggest and the fastest growing consumer market . After all of this There's no way S korea can afford to have even a little strain in their relationship with india because of CHINA and a potential war with NORTH korea being at the doorstep, even the last time as well, it was many indians who has helped them a lot in the war and one was actually that big that the korean government celebrated him as a hero (in 2019 though and even though none of the common people know that indian). It actually IS buttering of S korea . S korea and japan being the only two countries in the world to not have law against racism in the world and after so many news and many reports in recent months, they still didn't react to it. Now this case should also get alot of attention highlighting that nobody is safe and we have to come forward as individual communities not as a whole big society (too much population). Btw yk people are making fun of the guy and policy patrolling around "men are stronger, how did he get slashed" theory.
