Very honest Adrian and great advice. I was up in Belfast few months ago an was sitting on a bench in a park there , not feeling great. Out of the blue a young lad, in his 20's I'd say, came along and said hello, how are you doing in his Belfast accent I thought he was looking for money or something but instead he give me a small card and moved on. Written on the card was Jesus loves you. For a simple thing it pulled me out of the negative thoughts I was thinking. I bet that young lad never realised the good he done that day.

Good lad Adrian, I know more people who have committed suicide due to lockdowns than have died from covid!
It's important to talk to people during isolation and make sure they know others are thinking about them.
    They need hope
